  Pleasant stay. Nice staffs. Room is clean with decent scent. Location is ok, 7-9mins to city center by motorbike. Affordable price

  Room has a small window that looks into the wall of the building next to it, so there is basically zero natural light. Receptionist was very kind and organized transportation to my next destination.

  We arrived a bit early and the manager was very nice and allowed us to check in. But unfortunately the room was very smelly and outdated. They moved us to a better room and still the smell was there. The location was not that brilliant for us. Walikung around the area was a nightmare with almost no pavement as nd loads of bikes as usual. The lady manager was very helpful. The hotel seems to be heard ip for a specific nationality. Service was very good.

  Staff was very helpful and friendly. Stay there for 3 nights. There’s a construction nearby, but it doesn’t matter for my sleep.

The location is spot-on—close enough to Hai Phong’s cafés, markets, and landmarks for easy wandering, yet tucked just enough off the main flow to stay quiet at night. The rooms are bright, thoughtfully laid out, and impeccably clean; little details—good water pressure, comfortably firm mattresses, and reliable Wi-Fi—made it effortless to settle in after a day out.Service is where the hotel truly shines. Staff were warm without being overbearing, quick with local tips, and genuinely proactive—everything from a smooth check-in to helping with rides and recommendations felt easy and human. Public spaces are tidy and modern, and the overall vibe is understated—more “well-curated haven” than flashy boutique, which I loved. Value for money is excellent; you get the kind of comfort and consistency that usually costs more.If you’re visiting Hai Phong for work or a quick city break before heading to the islands, this is a place that makes travel feel simple—in the best possible way. I’d gladly stay here again.

  i think this is one of the best stay in haiphong so far .its a budget home stay with simple design layout .Location is not the best with vincom near by which has no store inside wouldn't recommend it because of the location
