  Had such a great stay here! The room was super clean, well-equipped, and even better than I expected. The view was absolutely gorgeous and made the whole experience extra relaxing. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help. I’ll definitely come back.

  My name is Bryan trieu. I would like to take the opportunity to express my gratitude to the staff of this wonderful hotel. Especially miss Lê Khương , who has demonstrated the extra effort in helping me in receiving my international package. I really appreciate her kindness and patience in solving the problem that I encountered. This is a clean and well equipped place. The friendliness that the staff displayed should really make you feel comfortable while away from your home. I highly recommend it.

  Stayed here for one night while catching a flight,the room was beautiful had everything you will need even has a washer &drier. The staff where very polite and helpful the location of the hotel is great lots of restaurants and beautiful parks to have a walk around.

  Very nice hotel, very spacious family room, very clean and located next to a lovely park and plenty of restaurants. Very polite staff. Room has a high quality bathroom too which can be hit and miss in Vietnam. Quite expensive for Vietnam but worth it in comparison to other local options. Ideal little place for families. Thanks for a nice short stay |

  This place was absolute gold. My partner and I had been backpacking for a while at this point and were craving something comfortable similar to home (Australia).||||We got a suite and it had everything! A big soft bed (hard beds are very common in Vietnam), amazing air con, a big shower with water pressure (not common in Vietnam), a kitchenette, and washing machine. GOD, it was heaven for some weary travelers. ||||Overall the place was clean, tidy, classy and comfortable with a great view out onto the park/public area in front of the hotel.

  The best two things about this hotel was the staff were very pleasant and the location was central ... but noisy.||||Issues: No sheets on our beds... only mattress covers. We were told that’s all we get and they are cleaned. Our door was easily jimmied open with a credit card .... really! The door didn’t fit well and had pieces of wood hammered to the door jam to try to make it look like it was ok. It was not. We were close to reception so it wasn’t too concerning and the staff reassured us that they had security and security cameras. ||||The hotel pictures look great but greatly exaggerated reality.
