  Highly recommended this place. Everything is brand new, still has that newness smells. Very warm and super helpful concierge. Very affordable price.

  Loved my extended stay at CM Hotel! The staff were so friendly to me, and I stayed there alone for 9 days in a room on the 8th floor with a view of the lake, I absolutely loved the bathroom, especially the shower with the temperature indicator. The hotel is also super close to the airport (less than 10 min drive). The breakfast on the top floor had a peaceful vibe and a friendly employee would make me eggs upon request every morning. There is a smart TV in the room, so you can login to your subscriptions and watch stuff! The rooms have plenty of cabinet space and surfaces to put your things. The rooms are cleaned daily as well, and if you're working in your room, you can just ask for the daily water bottles/towels if needed, and forego the cleaning. The elevator is spacious and aesthetically Egyptian. The basement has parking for scooters/cars. The top floor has an outdoor area for smoking as well or you could also go on the external stairs/fire escape connecting each floor. There's also a pharmacy like 200 meters away and a lovely gaming cafe/PC bang right around the corner. I got in an motorcycle accident on Cat Ba Island, and spending my recovery period here was such a lovely time, and the staff was kind, understanding, and helpful. If I'm ever in Hai Phong again, I am 100000% coming back here.

  This hotel was not my first choice to stay in because I wanted something a bit more central, but something made me keep looking back on this one and I’m glad I chose it. Many places to eat nearby and close to large shopping centres and markets, whist being away from busy streets and crowded areas. My husband and I had truly remarkable experience at the hotel, we received a wonderful service from all the team who went out of their way to help us with anything we needed, from transportation hire, taxi and the best places to eat. The reception manager Millie was extremely helpful and on hand 24hours if we had any questions, we also meet the hotel owners who are also very hands on, friendly and made us feel like family during our stay, nothing was too much in making us feel welcome and comfortable. The stunning chandelier in the lobby created a captivating atmosphere upon our arrival and decorated very well light and in style with modern Vietnamese. Our wonderful room was on the 8th floor with a lake view, 2 huge comfortable single beds with an impressive bathroom that had a state-of-the-art shower room which definitely gave a luxurious touch and feel. I have stayed in many wonderful hotels around the world, and CM is among the top 3 in my list, definitely will be back.

  The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, which made me feel comfortable right away. The interior design was modern, and the room itself was spacious and airy. I also appreciated how quick and smooth the check-in process was. The breakfast was good too. The only downside was that the soundproofing could be improved, as I could occasionally hear noise from outside or nearby elevator. Overall, it was still a pleasant stay and good value for the price.

  Lovely hotel with modern amenities, clean and safe, with attentive staff, in a very nice area. Not centrally located, so you'll need a a Grab or Bolt car to get you there. Very near is a huge supermarket. Recommended!

  The hotel was quite nice, clean and nice view. I liked that they have 24/7 customer service which is really important for us. They helped with ordering taxi and other things. It has good location I think, a lot of cafes nearby. Also the breakfast buffet, we loved it.
