  Ita a beautiful hotel in a great area of the city. You're right across from a beautiful park, bridges, and marine area. Lots of local and international food options. Lots of coffee shops snd tea places too. Staff were very friendly. The buffet was excellent. Rooms were comfortable and had all the amenities. We really enjoyed our stay here! My only complaint is that there is no harbour view.

  Best hotel we’ve stayed in over our three weeks in Vietnam. The room we stayed in was huge, and extremely clean and well appointed - and the rates are extremely competitive. The best value for money! Great location too - just a short walk to local shops and restaurants, and across the road from the lovely community park, which comes alive at night. The staff are delightful and very helpful - the restaurant and bar is also great. We would definitely stay here again!

  Hai Phong Harbour View Hotel provided us with a great stay for two nights. Their staff are amazing, so friendly, so helpful, so attentive. From checking-in to checking-out, everything was so simple and seamless. The overall heritage design and beautiful decor makes this hotel much more unique than any standard nice hotel, it has a lot more character and charm because of this. We didn't have time to enjoy some of the facilities such as the gym or spa, but the daily buffet breakfast was a really pleasant addition with a nice variety of quality foods to enjoy. The rooms, much like the rest of the hotel was presented immaculately and we felt very comfortable with ours, sleeping perfectly each night undisturbed. The location of the hotel is very central to everything, very easy to hail a taxi to, and if you didn't want to go far for a decent meal, they even have two great onsite restaurants that cater to both local and European cuisines. We enjoyed a lunch and dinner at the cozy Cheers Pub just nearby to the lobby. There's really not much more I can say besides highly recommending it for anyone wanting a comfortable and care-free stay at a super nice hotel, with superb service. We'll definitely be back again.

  A charming hotel with classic French vintage style. Clean rooms, tasty food, and very kind service — they even let me check out at 2 PM without extra charge when the city was flooded. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Hai Phong!

  I had a not very good experience in Hai Phong before, especially with a restaurant I visited, so I didn’t have high expectations at first. However, everything completely changed when I came to this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the reception staff welcomed me very warmly and were extremely helpful. Even though I can’t speak much English, they stayed calm, patient, and kind, and did their best to help me with the check-in process and getting my room. During my stay, they continued to support me whenever I needed help, which made a big difference. I honestly felt like I was staying at my own home rather than a hotel. Because of this wonderful experience, I am sure that next time I come back to Hai Phong, I will definitely book this hotel again. I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in Hai Phong. Wishing everyone a happy and enjoyable trip!

  Great hotel for business stays in the HaiPhong area. Older building and amenities, but very clean and well kept up. The staff super helpful for the whole stay. Pub on 1st floor comfortable place for dinner and drinks after work. Food is good. And price for stay is better value than the newer places in town. Plus just outside front door is great area for safe walks in downtown Haiphong. I’ve stayed here a number of times over the years. Would recommend for anyone.
