  Hai Phong Sheraton is a study in polished hospitality. From the moment you enter the modern, elegant lobby, the attentive staff are there to serve and anticipate your needs. The rooms are beautifully appointed, offering generous space and refined finishes. Comfort is clearly a priority here—plush bedding, luxurious bath and thoughtful amenities. As a Titanium Bonvoy member, we were upgraded to a beautiful room on the 42nd floor with panoramic views. The buffet breakfast was extensive, including both Asian cuisine and western cuisine. I particularly enjoyed the coconut coffee, a Vietnamese specialty. The Club Lounge on the 43rd floor was large, the staff was helpful and the evening happy hour (cuisine, beer and wine) was more than enough, if you chose to make it dinner. Annie and Naomi were particularly welcoming and very attentive to our needs.

  Great property, exceptional service! Been here two times and both stays were flawless. Had special requests each time and the hotel was very accommodating. Excellent elite recognition. Club lounge evening service is definitely a highlight. Special thanks to Annie and the team at the club for their warm hospitality. Will be back!

  Huge thanks to Mr Huy and all of the management team for accommodating us, and all the staff who work hard to create a truly memorable experience. Breakfast team — Ms Jenny Jeong, Ms Sandi, Ms Anh (who makes the most amazing iced chocolate and iced soy lattes), Mr Truong, the 3 lovely ladies wearing Ao Dai, Ms Linh, Ms Ly and Ms Giang (who prepares delicious phở). Thank you Truong - best breakfast waiter from Hai Phong who talked to us in a friendly way every morning Thank you Jenny and Anh- best breakfast managers who greeted us with a smile and remembered our drink orders Dinner team — Mr manager who served us on our first steak buffet night, Ms Ly (who always greets us with the biggest smile at Harbour), Ms Hoai, and Chef Tung (who makes incredible steaks). Club Lounge- one of the best lounges out of 20 lounges that we have visited because of their Korean and Vietnamese influence. Club Lounge — Ms Naomi, Ms Jenny, Ms Windy, Ms Serein (who kindly showed us how to get to Cát Bà), Ms Annie, Mr Sam and everyone who took the time to remember our drinks and preferences, and brought us our spicy Korean noodles You all made us feel truly special. Spa — Ms Van, who welcomed us with hot tea after our sauna. Thank you for the thoughtful touch.

  Update: Need to highlight a few amazing staff here. The front desk, led by a manager named Chinh. What a wonderful team that ensured that all of our needs are being met. I also want to highlight the staff of the morning Buffet. Everyone, and I mean everyone was very kind, professional and caring. Today our server Ly was very notable in her positive interactions with us and our children. Very impressed and will come back again! Staff is very police and the rooms are very nice and cozy. Their morning breakfast was also very good. What trumps them all is the service. Every worker was kind and professional. Would highly recommend this place!

  Sheraton Hai Phong is a study in polished hospitality. As a Platinum member, I was upgraded to a beautiful room on the 41st floor with panoramic views. The room was spacious and refined, though during a major storm, we unfortunately experienced a leak. It was a bit startling given the wind and height, but the hotel handled it professionally by waiving our upgrade fee. Since we were golfing most of the time, we didn't use the lounge much, but the breakfast buffet was a standout—especially the Vietnamese coconut coffee! We stayed here last year end of april 2025

  The hotel room is nice and I really love the swimming pool (which is suitable for lap swimmers) / fitness centre. The breakfast is also nice but this is where service and management is lacking. There is no one to guide you to your table (this is also a rare practice in Vietnam but I think 5 star hotels like Sheraton can and should definitely adopt with their large number of guests). It's hard to find a table that's not already seated, and the cutleries on the table are lacking. I also noticed how they did not clean the tables very well after each guest leaves as there was some leftover food on mine. When we visited at 9am, there were a lot of food stations that never got refilled despite it being a busy time still. I mentioned this to the staff but half an hour later still nothing. They did not keep an eye on the guests and food stations well neither. We spotted a kid licking a common bread knife and mentioned this to the staff, who took the knife away immediately but never replaced with a new one. They should have checked and replaced all of the bread cut by the knife anyway for safety, but nope. For location, it's closer to Thuong Ly station if you're taking the train and it's nice to have a small mall attached. However, it's a bit further away from the city centre (though taxi fares are cheap in Vietnam).

  Great stay at Sheraton Hai Phong Hotel. The hotel was very clean, and the location was convenient. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. The gym and swimming pool were excellent, and the breakfast had a wide variety of choices. The service staff were friendly, polite, and welcoming. The front desk and bell staff were also very professional and courteous. Overall, it met the standard I would expect from a Marriott hotel, and I was not disappointed.One small area for improvement is the bathroom ventilation. The exhaust fan was not very strong, and sometimes there was a slight smell in the bathroom when the air conditioning was not on.

  Amazing Hotel. Floor to Ceiling windows with great views…|I was a guest at Sheraton Hai Phong MARCH 30-31. I have to say this was the nicest Marriot I have ever stayed at. Beside the beautiful hotel,|The Staff was amazing! Special shout out to Thank Front desk manager Trang Le. She was super helpful and accommodating to our specific needs. Wish I could have stayed long .|Best Hotel of our 2 months SE Asia trip
