  Exceptional service and heartwarming hospitality! ​"I recently stayed at Wink Hotel Hai Phong and had a wonderful experience. I especially want to highlight a staff member named Loan. She was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. I had brought some personal fruit with me, and she graciously offered to peel and prepare it for me at no extra charge. Her warm smile and attentive service truly made my visit memorable. Highly recommend this hotel for its excellent staff!

  The room was beautiful and just the right size for two people. It was clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Our room had a city street view and offered a great panoramic view of the riverside. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

  I stayed at Wink Hai Phong Centre Hotel on January 15, 2026, with a group of friends and had a great experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well equipped with modern audiovisual facilities. The rooftop bar and swimming pool were definite highlights, offering beautiful city views and a relaxing atmosphere with good music and a wide selection of drinks. The rooftop pool, enhanced by sparkling lights, was especially enjoyable in the evening. Breakfast was served buffet-style with a good variety of European and Asian dishes, suitable for guests of all ages. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and I would happily return to Wink Hai Phong Centre Hotel.

  Had a wonderful short stay at Wink Hotel Hai Phong. Even though our visit was brief, every staff member — from the front desk to housekeeping and kitchen staff — genuinely put in their best effort to accommodate our requests and make us comfortable.||A special thanks to Phung and Van at the front desk — they were absolutely wonderful, professional, and very helpful throughout our stay.||We had also requested vegetarian/vegan food for our family, and the team made special arrangements to have suitable food ready for us, which we truly appreciated.||When I return to Hai Phong, I would definitely choose this hotel again.
