That was awesome. Sauna, hot tube bath, steam and a epic massage. Strongly recommended

Facility of sauna is clean and new one... I like those so much... Its a 4.5 out of 5... I can not recommend to U massage packages for U, if U from abroad... My therapist had been fixed the tip by herself... And reception did not tell me occasionally price of tip... Just tell me that its up to U.. So this is my tip... U can meet good therapist but there is a probability unkind worker... Its only 2 dollars different between workers handling to mine.. But customer always can available about the tip... I will visit again and again... And I hope to sale discount options of sauna... But kn case of massage packages, I dont know yet.. 추신 Owner of here, give to Ur therapist some of base money(salary) Please...

Room was too cold. Therapist seemed inexperienced. Ambiance is not spa-like

I went to the spa with my friend, who had been there several times, but it was my first visit. We both enjoyed everything — the furniture, the package prices, and the way the staff communicated with us — until they secretly asked me for a tip in a small room. I was shocked and completely speechless, but my hands just automatically gave one of them 50,000 VND (which was all the cash I had in my wallet). I hoped they would share it among themselves. However, they just stood there staring at my friend, waiting to see if she had more money. In the end, she had to give them another 50,000 VND. This may seem like nothing to some people, but as someone who has worked in the hospitality industry for a very long time, I’ve never seen — and never want to see — any behavior that makes a client feel so uncomfortable. I don’t care much about the amount I gave them because, in some way, they did provide a great massage (I was even planning to request them next time). But the point is their completely inappropriate attitude toward customer service. We spoke with their manager, who confirmed that the staff are not allowed to receive any money or gifts from customers without managerial approval. He sincerely apologized and welcomed us to return. I will come back one day, and I still recommend you try this spa at least once because they truly have good massage skills and great packages, including herbal bathtubs. I hope you enjoy it, are served by a good staff member, and have a wonderful time

Very disappointed. The receptionist was not professional and her attitude was like that a tourist can be treated as a pushover. The massager asked me tip in a impolite manner, even though she finished within less than 75min I paid as well as provided badly poor quality service. I strongly don’t recommend to tourists.

I had a mixed experience at this spa. While the massage itself was quite good, the overall atmosphere was uncomfortable due to the aggressive way they demanded a tip afterward. It felt very inappropriate and unprofessional. This was not my first visit — I had previously come here with my Vietnamese girlfriend and her aunt, and that time, no tip was requested and we were even offered free food. It seems the treatment can vary significantly depending on who you come with. Unfortunately, I only saw the many other negative reviews about tipping after my visit. A tip should be a voluntary gesture of appreciation, not something forced upon customers. I wouldn’t recommend this spa based on this experience.

Im a local and I DO NOT recommend this place! We came to relax but end up getting more injury While using the dry sauna. We've got hit by salted bricks from the room's wall. Right into our head and hurt my shoulder real bad. They didnt seem to care much about the incident and no apologize at all. Poor service and facilities for such a price.

Not even exaggerating, this was the worst massage experience I’ve ever had. The lady even had the audacity to stand at the door and ask for a tip after a garbage massage which made things very uncomfortable
