  This place is amazing the staff are friendly the accessities is awesome plus the massage is a A++. They go by numbers so number 10 was mine and she was the best.

  I had such a wonderful experience at this onsen and spa! The atmosphere is peaceful and beautifully designed, making it the perfect place to relax and recharge. The hot spring baths were clean, soothing, and set at just the right temperature. I especially loved the attention to detail—soft lighting, calming music, and the overall sense of tranquility. The staff were welcoming and attentive, explaining everything clearly and making sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. The spa treatments were excellent too—professional, relaxing, and worth every moment. If you’re looking for a place to unwind and escape the stress of daily life, this is definitely the spot. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to friends and family!

  There are no English translations for the onsen usage steps. Both the wet and dry saunas are spacious, as well as the mineral pools. Unlike traditional onsens, this one doesn’t include a relaxation area in the standard package—you’ll need to pay extra. Also, once you exit the sauna area, re-entry is not allowed. There aren’t many people, which is a good thing—maybe because it’s still new.

  I liked the place itself: the interior, the range of services, and the atmosphere. I celebrated my birthday and tried almost all available treatments — overall the experience was positive, and based on the quality of services I would give 4 stars. The provided clothing (including swimsuits) is convenient, but it may not fit tall or fuller-figured women well: when I asked for a larger size, it still fit tightly. Please consider expanding the size range. There are organizational issues that need attention. I paid for an onsen + sauna package that was supposed to last 4 hours, but I only had 2 hours before being scheduled for a massage and other procedures. Please clarify package durations and scheduling so guests receive what they pay for. The most serious and upsetting issue is hygiene. The woman who performed my massage and later facial/scalp treatments was coughing and sneezing throughout. I felt perfectly fine before my visit and I know my body well and what affects it; in recent years I only got sick after contact with people who had colds. I literally prayed that it would be only an allergy and not an illness, but a few days after my visit I became ill. Because of the illness I missed a planned trip — I lost money on tickets and accommodation and had to spend days recovering instead of enjoying my trip. That ruined the experience. I hope the business takes these points seriously — it’s a nice place and, with improvements to organization and hygiene, it could deserve 4+ stars.

  The bars are nice as other sorts however they don’t tell you at the start that if you book in with a massage that once you go down to get that massage they don’t allow you back up to the spa and Jacuzzi area. More concerning is that their masseuses I think it’s okay to go chiropractic on you, and crack your neck and twist it in ways that actually damaged my partner’s neck. I’m very upset about this. Amateur people like this should not be doing moves like that unless they are chiropractors and now it has damaged my partner‘s neck.

  My group of 6 people had a mix of the sauna/hot tub combo and standalone massage only. My wife had a terrible experience with Bao Tam (sp). My wife was undressed and was covered by a towel, and during her session, without any notice, the message tech just whipped the towel off her chest without any warning. This was in a room with 3 other clients and massage techs (their rooms can hold several people at once). My wife was too shocked and tried laugh it off. Near the end of the session, one of my friends had an amazing session and tipped his massage tech 200,000vnd. My wife was going to tip 10,000VND because her experience was just mediocre. Her tech literally laughed with her coworker when she saw the denomination which left my wife very confused. The tech then spoke into my wife's Google translate (attached). My wife was stunned and bewildered and didn't know what to do. She was trying to tell them she doesn't understand vietnamese but the tech kept on repeating a similar message over and over again. My wife conceded and gave her the tip 200,000 vnd cause at that point she just wanted to leave. When I was done my session she told me what had happened and I complained immediately to the manager. They offered to compensate me but I told them it's not about the money (so I did not accept it), but I want my wife's tech to come and apologize for 1. Not taking care of my wife in a respectful manner in a semi open setting and 2. For having the gall to ask for more tip and cornering her until she caved. That is absolutely not okay. Conveniently, by the time we had complained the worker had already left home for the day (around 11pm). My wife has been upset and traumatized by the whole ordeal and so I will be coming back to find this worker and demanding a proper apology. I cannot recommend this place to anyone who takes advantage of people in their vulnerable state.
