  We really liked this spa center! We went for a massage, it was great, the masseurs are real professionals, they clarified all the nuances and started the massage. And most importantly, THEY WERE SILENT THE ENTIRE SESSION! This is a rarity for massage parlors in Vietnam, usually masseurs chat, but here we felt so good, we were able to completely relax and enjoy the massage. The service is great! And since this is a spa center, we asked to give us a tour so we could come again, and the polite staff agreed to do it, we were on several floors and looked at all the recreation areas. We will definitely come again! upd 24.05.2026 : best massage in Haiphong!!

  Trốn onsen was a great experience! Everyone here was so nice and was greeted with tea. I was then escorted to the onsen and saunas. I was not rushed and there was someone always there to provide guidance. I stayed as long as my body can take the heat in the in the onsen, sauna, cold plunge, etc. again with a nice tea. The guys were friendly and helpful. I was then escorted to get a massage and the masseuse was very nice and very skilled. After a long day riding the motobike in the heat from Cat Ba, this was a great way to relax and take the edge off a bit. I will be back!

  Incredible service! They were able to accommodate me last minute and guide me through the process with so much patience, especially as my Vietnamese is not very good! Particularly grateful to Anh Sơn, who gave a very great hard massage with chiropractic elements, and em Trang who made sure I was comfortable. Would 100% come again when I’m in Hai Phong!

  The massage was very good. But hygiene is very low. They don’t change towers after every massage session, instead re-using them for the next person. People was not required to take shower before entering sauna or jacuzzi. I only recommend massage and bring your own towels.

  First, when the employee answering the reservation call asks if it is unkind and arrogant, I answer curtly and fail to answer the customer's questions accurately. It seems like there's a lack of service spirit. I absolutely don't recommend it.

  I was extremely disappointed with my visit to this spa. I paid and only spent about 40 minutes there, after which the employee approached me and rudely told me to get dressed and leave. It was stated everywhere that there was no time limit. Later, they started telling me that no one had kicked me out and that I could stay as long as I wanted. But the fact remains: the employee directly demanded that I leave. This kind of treatment of a client, especially a foreign guest, is completely unacceptable. I came to relax and have a good time, but instead I was stressed and humiliated. A very unpleasant experience. You humiliate people for their money.

  One Star – Very Disappointing Experience I would not recommend this place for a massage. The management was very pushy and insisted I pay for both the massage and the tip upfront, which I have never experienced at any other spa in Vietnam. This made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome right from the start. The staff had me fill out a checklist and body diagram to indicate my preferences, but these were completely ignored during the massage. The session felt disorganized and did not follow the plan I was asked to create. While the massage improved towards the end, the overall experience was just average. To make matters worse, I was pressured to leave a five-star review before I even left the premises, which felt unprofessional and inappropriate. The atmosphere was not friendly, and the focus seemed to be more on money than customer care. I would not return or recommend this place to others.
