  I highly recommend this Trường Thọ Spa SPA & SAUNA to everyone. Twice a week, my colleagues and I visit this place to relax and enjoy the excellent sauna facilities. There are three steam rooms, one large hot pool at around 45°C, and two cool pools that can also help improve circulation and support the immune system. Every customer is treated to unlimited fruits, juice, and water, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. It is also one of the best places in the city for a therapeutic body massage. The staff are friendly, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the facilities are always clean and well-maintained.

  Trường Thọ Spa is truly a wonderful place where comfort and quality come together. The atmosphere is very clean, peaceful, and relaxing. The staff are friendly, attentive, and professional. I was very satisfied with the service; it was a soothing experience for both body and mind. If you want to treat yourself and enjoy high-quality service, I would definitely recommend this place.

  It was great and satisefied. Reception can speak english well. and clean and calm. very well experienced massage survice. I was with my baby. but not hard at all. They kept my big lugages so I could go out for dinner. it was really cool. i

  Been coming here for the past 8 years. Biggest spa in Hai Phong City. Clean, relaxing, and worth the price. The new 4th floor sauna is bigger and better, with more bath choices like the silk bath. Sauna already comes with fruits and drinks, and the massage and sauna combo is very affordable. Highly recommended! For foreigners like me, you can direct inquiries to Henry, the Singaporean Chief Customer Officer. He’s very friendly, helpful and accomodating.

  Whenever I am tired, It has been my go to for the past years in HP. The service and facilities are also being upgraded thanks to Henry . I was able to get a good masseuse and she has been my masseuse for the past 2 years. Price in this Spa is reasonable

  The massage was great. They allowed males customer smoke inside of the lobby. As soon as we come out of the elevator the lobby filled of smoke and cigarettes odors. This facility is supposedly a healthy place. Please enforce the smoking policies per the the government regulations. Thank you

  Pham Thi Yen ask me about tip fee even I paid 100000VND, I paid 200000VND at the end and finally she let me go. Greedy.
