  One of the best experiences I’ve ever done, the guides are highly trained in all aspects of the activities including medical and lifeguard certifications. They show the up most professionalism making you feel safe and taken care of all while providing you with an absolute enjoyable / exciting experience. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone wanting to have a fun thrilling adventure while on Cat Ba island.

  Do not sleep on this. Absolutely incredible half day dws with Tinh, Mike & captain minh. They were fantastic, supportive, safe & fun. They catered to different abilities with ease and made everything super accessible. I had no idea I would be able do it but somehow they did, without pushing anyone to do anything uncomfortable. Also even just the boat ride and swimming are an amazing experience.

  Hired an ebike today from cat ba climbing- great service, fab bike and a wonderful day. The only place we could find to hire an ebike and it was so worth it. There seem to be two types available, we had one of each. The bikes allowed us to explore the whole island and even had lights. Ebike allowed us to stop and enjoy the silence and views whilst easily coping with the mountainess roads. Felt like we found the real CatBa today. Bike helmets were provided as standard. Easy to arrange, great communication via what's app, fantastic roads with great views and lovely guy. Highly recommend.

  DWS was honestly the best tour I had in Vietnam. We had Tình as our guide and he was such a legend! It was such a relaxed atmosphere and he was so encouraging. All the other people on the boat were supportive and excited. And the captain was an expert in manoeuvring that boat. All climbing levels were encouraged to climb. Doesn’t matter what grade you climb! Seriously do this tour with Cat Ba Climbing!

  Omg when I say this is the only tour you will ever need, I mean it!!!! Our guides spoke really good English and were very funny and helpful on the rocks ! We did option 1, so a half day of free solo climbing and it was perfect ! I had never done this before and I was perfectly looked after ! I got great tips and there were runs for all difficulties ! The boat ride was stunning and we even got to see the sunset on the way back! Something that stood out to me was that the instructor said as long as we want to keep climbing, we’re not going back. There was no stress to climb quick and do as many runs as possible before we had to go back! Such an amazing day I can only recommend !!! And a special thanks to our guide the kind of the sea for making this experience so memorable !!

  We did the deep water soloing here and i need to say it was definitely one if my favourite days of my vacation. The guide and in generell the people we did the tour with were amazing, even went for a drink afterwards. And for the climbing, there are routes for beginners and also more technical ones for the more experienced climbers amongst you. The guide even had some oranges and dragonfruits as a snack in between the climbs with him. And if you are afraid of hights but want to give it a try you can jump when ever you want. If you have no fear of hights just climb all the way up to about 16m (depending on the route), take a deep breath an send it😂. All in all, great experience, great people and i highly recommend it.

  We couldn’t recommend Cat Ba Climbing enough! We did a half-day deep water solo climbing tour with them, and had the best time ever! Tinh was a brilliant guide - great knowledge of all the crags and routes, clear English and up for a great laugh. Probably one of the best activities we’ve done on our whole trip - best bang for your buck by a mile! We even got to see a huge group of Langur monkeys on the boat ride back 😮

  The team and family at Cat Ba Climbing are amazing people! Mr Zoom Zoom was super easy to work with and made my 2 day/1 night tour an easy experience. I got to sport climb with two guides, Hai and Alain and they were super chill, very knowledgeable about climbing and just cool people to hang out with. I got to sport climb at Buddha Cave which had an easy approach and amazing view overlooking the town and nearby water. The second day we started early and went deep water soloing with Mick and he was nice and very helpful to guide my group as we traversed a limestone cliff. I’m super glad I booked my tour with this company! Whether you’re a beginner or experienced climber I definitely recommend climbing with Cat Ba Climbing, it’ll be fun and an unforgettable time! Thanks from California!! I’ll be back to climb again with you guys in the future 🤙🏽
