  We booked through Tien at Cat Ba Du Ky Travel. Great communication through Watsapp! Efficient pickup from Hai Phong Airport and a seamless transfer to Cat Ba Flamingo Hotel. Wonderful trip on Panorama Luxury Boat. Avoid Ha Long Bay but definitely base your trip on Cat Ba. Don’t waste time searching around, just contact these guys! Highly recommend.

  The organization and communication with this company is top tier. We planned this trip while in another country and their customer service was amazing. The pick up/ drop off was seamless. They gave us a great rate as well, I highly recommend them!

  Such an amazing experience from the physical route planning to best execution by being on time. Kien the tour guide was so knowledgeable and nice he explained so much and the tour is definitely worth the price! Thank you 🇻🇳

  Teddy and Thien were excellent hosts. They really took care of my friend and I letting us borrow the scooter without cost, doing a rush laundry and even giving us intel on hidden beaches. The rooms were comfortable, the shower water hot, and with a great breakfast. They really went the extra mile to give us a great stay so much so that I stayed an extra night. Also the tour of Lan Há Bay they arranged for us was top notch, high quality and with an excellent company so we had a fantastic day. The communication before arrival was proactive and clear. I would definitely recommend them. They are new and keen to give their guests a special experience

  Great tour and travel office. They helped me book in short notice the night plankton tour, and the day tour, both in Cat Ba. They were great!

  Thank you very much for organising a great trip in Lan Ha Bay. There was 4 buses, 2 ferries and a cruise ship involved in our tour and every time they were there waiting for us. We loved the cruise and Jack(Sparrow) helped making it great time and couldn’t do enough to sort things out. He had really good English as well. The staff on the boat was great and all in all a top experience. Thank you

  I wont recommend using their services, tour guide is rude, not on time, and unprofessional. We recent got marriage and tour guide wish us "Chúc tìm được người chồng va vo mới!" Wish for new husband or wish for new wife" Which is unlucky for lunar new year.
