  We had an excellent experience traveling from Hanoi to Cat Ba with Serenity Cruises Cat Ba Express. The service was outstanding from start to finish. We received a confirmation call in advance, the staff helped us find our bus, and even offered us water before departure. The bus was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with spacious seats that made the journey relaxing. A special thank you to our guide Duy on the bus. He was friendly, professional, and kept everyone informed throughout the trip. He explained each stage of the journey, told us about the stops, pointed out interesting landmarks along the way, and communicated clearly in both Vietnamese and English. The trip was smooth, efficient, and well-organized. After arriving on Cat Ba Island, we were conveniently dropped off at our hotel, which made everything even easier. This level of customer service is rare and truly appreciated. We highly recommend Serenity Cruises Cat Ba Express to anyone traveling between Hanoi and Cat Ba. Thank you for making our journey so comfortable and enjoyable!

  Можно так: We had a great trip from Hanoi to Cat Ba today! Everything was smooth and well organized. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the bus was clean, comfortable, and modern.   They are affiliated with Serenity cruises company they have two types of day cruises Serenity Premium for 37 usd and serenity grandeur for 55 usd...we took Serenity Premium and had amazing time! Our guide was Happy. He was very friendly and enthousiastic and funny at times. The tempo of the cruise was really serene and peaceful and there was no loud music..it was very relaxing and the boat was really comfortable nice and clean. I saw some boats from other companies and really liked ours the best:) canoing activity was quite physical..you are rowing for like almost 1 hr also in sunny day you should really have hat cause it gets hot on the water. But everyone managed...food on the boat was really delicious and plenty..it was a sharing table with other guests...see my pics...we have really luxurious pics..all my friends at home were jealous:) hope to do this again once

  Phung/Tony was a great conductor. He laid out the plan everyone knew what was happening. Despite juggling , four vehicles in total for transit tony made everything go very smoothly. Everything was ontime, bus ride to the ferry was smooth the great work from the driver. Some people were dropped off for the cable cars, which was included in some people's purchase, while others added it to their itinerary. The rest of us got on the speed boat which went well. Bus ride on the other side was also very calmy we had a toilet break and Tony did his best to get everyone to the destinations on time. Also, accommodating those who change their mind from initial itenerary they paid for. I got to the airport in good time and it's been the best transport so this i've had in the month in have spent in Vietnam. Bus,boat,bus (water provided and toilet break),taxi-A great standard was set. Could not have gone better.

  We booked a tour with Cat Ba Express literally 1 hour before departure after thinking everything in Lan Ha Bay was fully booked because of the heatwave… and they completely saved our day! They answered instantly on WhatsApp, picked us up directly from our hotel, and the price was honestly really worth the experience. The boat was small, peaceful and surprisingly uncrowded, which was perfect for us because we really wanted to avoid huge noisy party boats. Our guide Công Hâu was adorable, spoke excellent English, and made the whole experience super smooth and relaxing. The absolute highlight was the kayaking part: we got to explore a hidden little cove where almost nobody goes. And the sunset views over the floating fishing village were absolutely stunning. Thank you again for such a lovely experience guys 🫶 highly recommend if you want a calmer and more authentic Lan Ha Bay tour!

  Outstanding Service from Cat Ba Express We had an excellent experience with Cat Ba Express and cannot recommend them enough. Due to an unexpected change, we had to take a much earlier flight than originally planned. We contacted Cat Ba Express to cancel our scheduled transfer from Cat Ba to the airport, and they went above and beyond to help us. Despite the fact that our flight was much earlier than any of their regular services, they kindly arranged an alternative solution for us at no additional cost. They provided a bus to the ferry terminal, the ferry crossing itself, and even a private car with a driver to take us directly to the airport. We were truly impressed by their flexibility, professionalism, and willingness to support us in a stressful situation. Thank you very much for your help and dedication — congratulations to the team at Cat Ba Express for such outstanding service!

  An amazing and very organised company. I booked the cat ba express for the wrong date (got my months mixed up) and realised the night before after 8pm. They somehow helped change my booking to the right date within 15 mins of me notifying them on WhatsApp at no extra cost. We will be forever thankful for this. The tour guide was also great and herded all 45 of us to our destination while teaching us a little something about Vietnam. Thank you so much and we highly recommend this company!

  Took the bus from Cat Ba to Hanoi with the cable car option. Everything was very well organized. Highly recommend.
