  Based on TripAdvisor reviews, I contacted Mr. Phuong via WhatsApp and had him arrange our ground transportation from Hanoi airport to Tam Coc, then to Ha Long, and back to Hanoi. It took about 5 minutes to arrange with a $10 deposit. I paid the rest in cash to the first day driver. We got the 9-pax D-Car for 4 of us and had lots of room for us and our baggage. Drivers were prompt and waiting for us at the appointed time. The driver that took us to our hotel in Tam Coc took us down a road that I was sure the vehicle wouldn't fit - but it did. When the next driver came to pick us up at that hotel, the road was blocked by construction. We were pretty sure we were going to have to drag our bags a quarter mile to meet him, yet he found another way in on what seemed to be foot paths! Amazing service. Perfect communications via WhatsApp. Water provided, bathroom breaks set up. Just a great transfer service. Do yourself a favor and engage Hai Phong Tours!

  Perfect communication by WhatsApp. Arrived at Melia hotel and they reccomend it. Booked for the next day a day cruise Lan Ha Bay with pick up. Excellent driver and cruise. Not the cheapest but price quality 100% Did also a half day tour with driver to Yen Tu Mountain.

  I saw a glowing review on Trip Advisor and so I reached out to Hai Phong tours a few months before our trip to get help booking a Ha Long Bay cruise. (Actually we ended up choosing an overnight Bai Tu Long Bay Signature Cruise, which I highly recommend.) Not only were we happy with the cruise, which took us to a less trafficked part of the bay and probably the most spectacular scenery we’ve ever experienced, but Hai Phong was so easy to work with and prompt with their replies whether on email or What’s App. They also could easily invoice me by sending links through email which allowed me to pay via credit card and not have to draw tons of cash from ATMs after arriving. I don’t usually write reviews for businesses but I took the time to write this one because they deserve it! We booked most of our trip ourselves (flights and hotels) but working with Hai Phong really took the stress out of some of the other local arrangements.

  We used their transfer service from Halong bay to Hanoi. Communication through WhatsApp was easy and efficient. Driver came early even though we arrived late and the driver had to wait. The car was in excellent condition. The ride was so smooth I fell asleep. Would 100% recommend!

  The view was amazing,we took so many pictures,there were 3stops and each of them are very beautiful.We met amazing sunset during returning back .the organization was perfectly from door to door, the food on the boat was great and various

  Amazing services from Hai Phong Tours!! They reply very quickly, and you can still book on a very short notice. We also did the elephant mountain tour/hike, and it was also very nice! Many compliments and will definitely keep booking here when I'm in the neighborhood or country. :)

  Very professional and connected very well over whatsapp and email.We did the Halong Bay tour with them and a one day Hanoi tour from the cruise ship. Both tours were very well planned especially the Halong Bay tour. The guides met us on time on the port and dropped us back on time too. The cars were comfortable and neat. Very happy with their services!

  We booked ground transportation from Hai Phong Airport to Cat Ba Island, as well as a day cruise of Lan Ha Bay with continuing transportation on to our next stop in Hanoi. This company provides exceptional communication and checked in on us before, during and after our trips, which is very much appreciated. In fact, we had two very thoughtful and safe drivers who transported our family to Hanoi, ensuring that we made the ferry just before it left the port, saving us at least 30 minutes of waiting. The day cruise of Lan Ha is a great alternative to the very popular HaLong Bay. Our family enjoyed the cruise with Serenity Tours and would highly recommend Hai Phong Tours for your touring and transportation needs.
