I am from Saigon and knew nothing about Haiphong. I actually got lost finding the place and after calling Nguyen directed me to her office. Very helpful as she helped me to go to Hanoi and book.a tour. She was very patient and knowledge getting what I requested and always with a smile on her face. If you are in Haiphong and lost as I was give her a call and she will be more than happy to take care of you.
