  What an exquisite bar. Hidden away Inside Sofitel Hotel on the third floor through a long hallway behind an old-fashioned wooden door you will find this very classic looking bar with it's own barbershop inside. The atmosphere, the pictures the attention to detail and lighting was all spot on. Not many seating places and perfect for that intimate connection. The cocktails just made the whole experience wholesome. Go here alone or with someone you want to impress.

  Best bar I’ve visited in Ho Chi Minh! The espresso martini’s were consistent every time I came to the bar. Delicious tacos too! Service is excellent, I feel like a literal queen when I’m there. I highly recommend you guys come! I come here when my husband gets his haircut, and I always get so excited because we leave with him looking so good and I’m so happy from the drinks at the bar and nice music while I wait :) 10/10, you should DEFINITELY come here!

  My most favourite place in Saigon! The House of Barbaard bar is located in Sofitel Saigon hotel so it was convenient for me to pop in and grab a drink when I feel like to as we were staying at the hotel. Not part of the hotel so not a hotel bar. I went to the bar a couple times because I want to try all of their signatures cocktails. Some of the signature cocktails are interactive and some has a fantastic 3D visual! All of them that I tried were absolutely delicious and has a great background stories of how the cocktails been created! My absolute favourite was David Attenborough cocktail with how it taste with that extra sense of smell and beautiful scenery 🪴🍹 All the staff were super friendly and informative about their creation. They are also very attentive but not pushy. I love that they let you relaxed and enjoyed your drinks without poking at you all the time! Gorgeous space with a comfortable seating! It's almost like you escape into a different world far away from busy city of Saigon!

Thanks to ChatGPT, I discovered “House of Barbaard - Bar (Ministry)” – and I couldn’t be happier! 😄 From the moment I stepped into the salon, I felt completely at ease. The customer experience is outstanding, the team is incredibly friendly and professional, making you feel welcome right away. The bar and salon’s interior is absolutely unique – stylish, modern, and yet cozy, making you want to stay for hours. 🪑✨ My haircut and beard trim turned out perfect – exactly what I had in mind.   I came just for drinks, but we had a charcuterie board that was just right for the occasion. Excellent service, and cocktails. I should have planned a haircut also.

Cocktails are the main highlight, with drinks that are meticulously crafted, creative, and have their own stories, like Winston Churchill or David Attenborough. The space is cozy, suitable for private conversations, has private rooms, and even organizes events like chess playing. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. The prices are on the premium side, reasonable for the quality and experience you receive.

  Recommended to me by a fellow bartender, this cozy bar is quietly located on the third floor of Sofitel. It is not a part of the hotel, but I believe they have a collaboration with the Accor Platinum and Diamond membership. Their drinks are top notch, and so are the passion and enthusiasm of the staff members. I would highly recommend this bar to anyone who wants to spend a quality evening experiencing the finest drinks of Saigon.

  Visit: October 2025 A very cool bar. The vibes were immaculate, decor was incredible, and the drinks were really cool and unique. There's drinks based on famous people and each one has its own personality. The bartenders are professional, and everything was really cool in there. Would definitely go back for the vibes. The drinks were really good as well
