  Stir Cocktail Bar is a fantastic hidden gem and exactly the kind of speakeasy experience you hope to stumble upon while exploring the city. Tucked away discreetly, the bar has a cozy and intimate atmosphere that immediately makes the experience feel a little more special. The dim lighting, hidden entrance, and relaxed vibe all add to the charm without feeling overly pretentious. The cocktails were excellent, well-balanced, creative, and clearly crafted with a lot of attention to detail. Every drink felt thoughtful and refined, making it a great spot to slow down and enjoy the evening properly. If you enjoy hidden cocktail bars with a more laid-back yet elevated atmosphere, Stir is definitely worth seeking out.

  This is a great little cocktail bar with a lovely atmosphere. The music was low key and the perfect volume so you could chat and enjoy the atmosphere without having to shout at eachother. Their happy hour was until 2030 so a very good deal and lots of choice. The cocktail menu is really interesting with lots of options from signature vietnamese themed signature drinks to classic cocktails, some with a twist. We also had some bar nibbles and bites which were delicious. Overall, a really good find if you want a cosy, calm atmosphere with good drinks in a prime location. I'd definitely go there again.

  Without a doubt a top tier bar. From the moment I entered I was warmly greeted by a staff. Originally I was just wanting to get a quick drink and FaceTime my wife on the phone. However the combination of beautifully crafted cocktails and live music intrigued me to stay a lot longer than anticipated. There was a lot of thought that was put into the menu and the bartenders did such a great job explaining the cocktails and even the garnish that the drinks came with. Amazing acoustic live music cover were being played and there was also a celebration of international women’s day when I went, which contributed to the lively atmosphere. Pretty sure everyone was offered some delicious bar snacks and you get to finish the night with some flavorful “hangover soup”. Overall what a great experience, can’t wait to be back to try the other cocktails on the menu 🙂

  I’ve really enjoyed during the time ı spent there. Friendly crew who are willing to give you the opportunity to learn more about their cultures and mixology concepts. There are many different cocktails connected with the different regions of the Vietnam.🇻🇳 Bartender insisted me to try the real Ant topping 🐜 It was challenging for me. Highly recommended.

  We spent our final night in Vietnam at STIR and it was the best way to celebrate the end of our trip! It happened to be an event that night, so we had the opportunity to taste from the normal menu, along with special drinks designed by two Thai bartenders. And the owner, Leo, made sure we were well taken care of!

  I am so glad my partner and I decided to pop by on short notice and were fortunate enough to get a seat with no reservation. We had the Xoi Mit (Jackfruit Sticky Rice) and Hà Nội Khong Voi (non-rush Hanoi) and they were amazing. Both were fruity and refreshing, exactly how we wanted it. The bartender further introduced us to crème De cacao by Ve De Di - it was our first time trying this and we loved it. To top off the night, we were given two small bowls of hearty chicken soup at the end which made our experience a particularly interesting one (never had this at a bar before). Overall, it was a great experience and we would be back the next time we’re in HCM 🙂

  I went here on a recommendation from a friend and I cannot wait to go back. The cocktail I had was incredible and there were so many more that I wanted to try. The bar staff was super helpful in picking a cocktail (because I couldn’t decide between so many) and we chatted and laughed most of my time there. It’s a beautiful space. I was confused because I thought I could order a banh mi there, but they only had bar snacks… which were good but not as filling as banh mi 😂 Definitely recommend adding to your agenda of traveling here!! Also they gave me a delicious tiny bowl of hot soup before I left and more bars should do this especially in rainy nights
