  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If you are exploring the famous Cafe Apartment building on Nguyen Hue, you have to stop by Pho Cafe! ☕✨ The Egg Coffee was extremely delicious—it was perfectly creamy and had absolutely no "fishy" aftertaste whatsoever. It is easily one of the best versions I’ve tried! 🥚☕ My wife ordered the Salt Matcha Latte, and it turned out to be very, very good. The balance of salty and sweet was spot on. 🍵🧂 The vibe here is incredible. Staff speak English so well! The cafe has a cozy, vintage interior and a great balcony view where you can watch the crowds on the walking street below. 🏙️ 🌿 It’s the perfect spot to take a break and soak in the unique atmosphere of this historic building. 💡 Useful Info for Your Visit: * How to Get There: To reach the cafe, you can take the stairs all the way up to the 8th floor for a bit of a workout. 🏃‍♂️ * Elevator Fee: Alternatively, you can use the elevator, which costs 3,000 VND per person to go up. It’s a small price to pay to save your legs! 🛗💸 * Location: Right in the heart of the Walking Street in District 1. 📍 Overall: 5/5 stars for the amazing drinks and the unique "apartment cafe" experience.   overall: 8.7/10 tried the (northern style) egg coffee: fun! cremé brûlée style on top with the crispy crunchy caramel! creamy egg custard bit which was not sweet at all (more salty, not too much flavor but felt creamy) it was a fun experience of eating the top half of the cremé brûlée and then mixing it into the rest of the iced drink notes: 📍 the cafe is located on the 7th and 8th floors in the apartment building, enter near the book store entrance and find the elevator + there is an elevator fee ~ $0.11 USD to go up and down + there are two cafes both operated independently under the name Po Cafe

  PỜ CAFÉ - SÀI GÒN in The Cafe Apartment was such a hidden gem and the coffee we had here was so good. The egg coffee honestly tasted like crème brûlée with a twist of coffee, rich, creamy, and surprisingly addictive. The salted coffee was equally amazing, with the perfect mix of sweet and salty flavours. A must try when in Saigon. I also loved the cosy atmosphere and relaxed vibe. It’s perfect for taking a break after exploring the different floors of the apartment building.

  On God this place has the best coffee we had in Saigon! My friends ordered the Egg Coffee, Egg Cacao, while I ordered Salt Coffee. It was the only coffee I drank on the trip and it tasted so good! My friends' egg coffee / cacao tasted soo good! Like a bit creme brulee and flan taste to it, and never tasted slimy. The place is a mix of rustic and modern. We stayed there for an hour and so. Ordered another round of teas (the lychee and mango were good) and some food (a bit mid, but you go here for the drinks). The staff was friendly and kind too. If I can go back here again, I will go back for their egg coffee.

  A very good experience at this café! The egg coffee was truly excellent, with a delicious caramelized layer on top that added a touch of indulgence. The salted coffee was also superb, well-balanced, and full of flavor. I also appreciated being able to adjust the amount of ice to my liking; it's a real plus. The drinks are beautifully presented, and the prices are reasonable for the quality offered. One small point to note: there aren't many tables, so the café is often full. It's best to arrive at the right time!

  Saw this place in tik tok, had doubts at first, but it disappeared once we tried the coffee. It is REAAALLY GOOD (it was really sweet tho, but exactly what we searched for). That day it also eas not crowded at all, the staff is very nice, cheesecake was fantastic, honestly the best coffee through the entire trip, would definitely come back 😚

  A cute little cafe located on the 8th level of for the complex. Come for traditional coffee and delicious tasting tea. A lovely view from the front and a view from the balcony out the back. Great place to enjoy your coffee. The black coffee is strong and you can also get yourself a traditional egg coffee With funky artwork on the wall and industrial style interior has a very quaint feel.

  PO Cafe at the Cafe Apartments Level 7 is a great spot if you’re looking for atmosphere right in the heart of the city. It was packed and very busy when we went, which just added to the energy and made it feel like a popular local favourite. The egg coffee was the standout. Full of flavour with a really nice balance between sweetness and bitterness, not overly rich but still creamy and satisfying. Definitely one of the better ones we’ve had. We also tried the crab bread, which worked really well alongside the coffee. Savoury, tasty, and a great contrast that balanced out the sweetness of the drink. Overall, a solid spot for a coffee break if you’re exploring the Cafe Apartments.
