  This cafe is one of our favourite coffee shelters. I had afterglow and it was so good. You can smell the coffee while tasting the creamy milk. My partner had salted caramel latte and he loved it too. I later got tamarind cold brew and it was okay. They have strong coffee bean and a great variety of choices in the menu. They have chilling vibe for coffee lovers to relax, or even work, too.

  One of the most charming cafés I’ve visited in Saigon, with excellent coffee, amazing pastries, and a truly relaxing atmosphere 🩷 I visited Hummingbird with a few of my teachers, and this café was actually recommended by one of my foreign teachers. She told me she had visited Hummingbird many times and absolutely loved the pastries here. According to her, the baked goods taste very similar to what she would find back home in the UK. She even said that whenever she’s in Vietnam for work and starts feeling homesick, this is one of the places she likes to visit. After trying the pastries myself, I completely understood what she meant. The cakes and pastries here are wonderful. They’re not overly sweet, which I personally appreciate, and they have a light buttery richness without feeling heavy. Everything tasted incredibly fresh, and you can tell a lot of care goes into the baking. The drink menu is also quite extensive. I highly recommend trying the coffee here—the quality is genuinely good and definitely one of the highlights of the café. The atmosphere is another reason I would happily come back. The space feels cozy, peaceful, and effortlessly charming. It’s the kind of café where you can sit for hours chatting with friends, reading a book, or simply enjoying a quiet afternoon. The only small downside is that the café is quite popular and can get busy, especially during peak hours. Parking is also a little inconvenient since the parking area is located a short walk away from the café. However, once you’re inside, the food, drinks, and overall experience make it completely worth it. Overall, I’d happily give Hummingbird 5 stars and will definitely be returning. I especially recommend this place if you’re meeting international friends, clients, or business partners. Between the atmosphere, the quality of the coffee, and the authentic-style pastries, I think many foreign visitors would absolutely love it herể 🌿

  When the aroma of freshly roasted coffee greets you at the entrance, you know a café takes its craft seriously. Hummingbird is among the standout roasteries in Saigon, offering a refined blend of imported and local beans that truly shines in every cup. Their menu is the kind that keeps you coming back—each drink feels like the next irresistible discovery. Beyond coffee, they serve a daily selection of house‑baked pastries at prices that feel like a steal compared to high‑end pastry shops. The brownie, in particular, has earned its spot as a crowd favorite. The only limitation is the shop’s size—half the space is dedicated to the impressive roasting equipment, leaving fewer tables than you might hope for. That said, the best seat in the house is right by the roasters, where you can sip a cappuccino while the rich scent of beans fills the air. All in all, Hummingbird is a perfect stop when you’re craving quality coffee and a quick recharge.

  Probably my favorite café in Saigon. It has such a comfy, laid-back vibe with a really nice ambiance that makes you want to stay longer than planned. The pastries are good, and the coffee is even better. You can tell they take their beans seriously, with a solid selection and well-made brews. My mom really liked the bagel as well. It still feels like a bit of a hidden gem, not overly hyped online, more of an if you know, you know kind of place. Staff were also really friendly, which made the experience even better.

  One of my top 3 coffee shops in Saigon. ☕️🫶🏻 I've visited the coffee shop 2 times from which one was totally full so I was a bit sad haha. But the first time the service, atmosphere and quality of service is exceptional. First of all it is located in small side alley which makes it one of the quietest coffee shops in Saigon. There is a lot of greenery around which enhances the vibe. 🌿 The shop is separated into 2 buildings, one is the coffee shop itself and the second is the roastery (named Blue in Green). There is enough inside seats and also some are outside but mostly bench with small tables. The quality of the beans is exceptional and theyre roasting them inhouse. We ordered the pour over from imported beans and they prepared it exactly as i expected. We also ordered the scone which was the best scone in my life (and ive tried a lot). 🥹 You can pay by card/qr or cash, which is a huge deal for kind of a small coffee shop. 😍 I would highly recommend this one. 🙌🏻

  Their coffee was excellent, I took a single origin from Vietnam (Liberica), absolutely loved it. Also their plain croissants are the real deal, my god! I was shocked, love it!

  We found this place on Google and even though it was a bit far, we still decided to give it a try and it was totally worth it. It is located inside a small alley, which makes it really quiet and peaceful, away from all the noise of the city. We ordered a banana cake and an iced latte with caramel, and both were amazing. We genuinely loved everything we had. The ambiance is very calm and cozy, perfect if you just want to relax and enjoy your time. Definitely a nice little spot if you are looking for a peaceful cafe experience.

  A beautiful and serious coffee roaster. First, coffee is very nice. The latte and cold brew are really above average. I can easily enjoy the coffee here more than workshop. The barista are so experience and very knowledgeable. The food is nice too. Overall new experience for the coffee lovers.
