Great coffee selection and very well made. The staff and baristas there knew what to recommend and were pretty technical about it too - which was a good touch The space is quite big, with many tables with power plugs for you to do work - a couple of people were using their laptops there - good if you need to work from a cafe for the day. The pasta I had was nice - very Asian/-tasting pasta if you get what I mean. But still good. I even got 2 bags of coffee beans from them to take back home. You can pay by card here too. And there’s toilets

Found my coffee sanctuary in Saigon 🇻🇳 The Workshop serves legit specialty coffee — bold, complex, not your usual sweet VN drip. Brunch is solid, space is airy & industrial-cool. Perfect for laptop days or long catch-ups. 10/10 ambiance ☕ Coffee Expect high-end, expertly prepared coffee — especially if you enjoy specialty brews rather than just a quick café-style drink. 🍽️ Food & Drinks Food here isn’t just a side dish — it’s worth ordering and often a highlight, especially for brunch lovers. 🪑 Ambience & Place The Workshop has a distinctive industrial-loft vibe. The interior is bright and spacious with plenty of natural light, large tables, and a laid-back, creative atmosphere — perfect for working or relaxing. It sits upstairs in an older building and feels like a trendy, arty space — but finding the entrance can be a little tricky, and there’s no elevator.

I visited The Wirkshop and loved the industrial vibe. The high ceilings and warehouse-style interior give the café a spacious and modern feel. It’s a great place to relax and enjoy a coffee. The coffee was good, the food was fresh, and the atmosphere really stood out. Overall, a stylish and comfortable spot to spend time.

The Workshop Coffee is located at the third floor, at the ground floor there’s a uncle seating down tell you “Workshop”. Go in to that lot, go up to the third floor, the staffs can speak pretty good English. Very nice environment and vibes, nice coffee. I took the Salted Iced Coffee and the Citrus Cold Drop, both are their signature, taste soooo good. Price is also not expensive, definitely will pay another visit again if I visit HCM next time.

I had an amazing experience here! The pesto chicken burger was absolutely delicious—the chicken was incredibly tender, and the pesto sauce was super flavorful and fresh. The burger bun was soft and perfectly toasted. It came with a side of crispy golden fries and a refreshing salad. On top of the great food, the staff here are so friendly and welcoming. They really made me feel at home. Highly recommend this place and will definitely be back for more

Great vibe with delicious food and well crafted drinks. We were quite hungry, so we ordered a lot for two people, and every single dish was excellent. The drinks were also perfectly made and paired well with the food. The place feels like it was renovated from an old factory. The high ceiling and huge windows create an open and relaxed atmosphere that really adds to the overall vibe. I highly recommend this place for eating, drinking, and even working. The service is attentive and thoughtful throughout the visit.

Atmosphere is good. If you enjoy various kind of brewing techniques, it is a good place. I ordered espresso, coffee mocktail, pour over. Pour over ok but not out of average too much. Espresso really good. For the food, good breakfast but again not impressive. Price is high so expect more from the coffee and food

Why are you hiding the entrance to your coffee shop? The Workshop on Ngo Duc Ke Street is a District 1 institution, known for its soaring cathedral ceilings, massive central coffee bar, and industrial-loft ambiance. It serves premium pour-overs, and the clarified espresso was a great experience — definitely a place for coffee enthusiasts. That said, it's not somewhere I'd come to work on my laptop or visit on a daily basis. Well worth a visit, though.
