  Stumbled across this cafe near our accommodation in Ho Chi Minh and loved it. The space has beautiful greenery and really lovely vibes. We were greeted, seated and served iced tea at the table which was a nice touch. My partner and I ordered the cheese scrambled eggs on sourdough, an egg coffee and a Vietnamese condensed milk coffee. The egg coffee was the best I’ve had on this trip. Not overly sweet and perfectly balanced. The eggs on sourdough were delicious and super filling. I also had a headache and couldn’t find any Panadol nearby, and the lovely man from Melbourne running the cafe gave me some which was so nice. Didn’t expect to stumble across a fellow Australian running a cafe down an alleyway in Vietnam. Great food, great coffee and really kind service. Would definitely recommend 😊🤍

  Uncle's nick cafe I like the atmosphere and how the tables are set.. Mr.nick himself is with really good service and friendly .. very nice to talk with him .... The food and coffee are also nice, and that chilli sauce is a good one to try ... One more thing I left my film camera at the table in the morning and I just noticed it in the evening, when I go and ask Mr nick keep it for me and not posting on Amazon 🤣🤣🤣 haha. Thank you and a nice chill vibe cafeeee 💯

  An Oasis to relax, eat delicious food where the almosphere is fun and inviting. Escape the noise, heat and crazy pace of HCMC to rehydrate and recallibrate. My favourites are the toasties andvthe fruit platter. At Nick's its cool, calm, clean and wonderfully comfortable. Unc. Nick's should be in the Lux Guide, it's at that level.

  A local cafe owned by a very friendly Australian man. It’s very comfortable and cozy, with a great western brunch menu. We just got coffees but they were both very good. The decor is very comfortable and the suave is quiet with a big table which is great for getting some work done. The sign is a bit hidden but it’s the house draped in ivy. Theres a bit of space across the alley for motorbike parking but not much. Prices seemed fairly reasonable.

  I have already been 3 times here and I love it! The food is great and they have the best coffee with condensed milk(tried it in other places and it doesn’t compare!). The staff is incredibly nice and the place nicely decorated. Maybe I would only recommend puting some more fans or ac(the last time I was here it was too hot for me) nevertheless I would definitely recommend checking out this place🥰

  Cozy, quiet, and nice place. You can spend slow time, without noise of motorcycles. Staffs are kind and Mr. Nick is a very friendly person. Strongly recommended, when you tired of a lot of coffee chain stores.

  A Hidden Gem with a Chill Vibe Uncle Nick's Cafe has a laid-back atmosphere that reminded me of what the early days of Starbucks must have been like when they had just 1 store. It's a popular hangout for locals, with some working on laptops and others just enjoying the chill vibes. I tried their signature iced coconut coffee, and it was the perfect refreshment on a hot day. Highly recommend it! Mindy ordered the freshly squeezed orange juice, which they warned could be a bit bitter. She took their advice and had the barista add some sugar, making it a delicious and refreshing treat. The cafe is tucked away in an alley, which seems to be the place to find hidden gems in this city. It's conveniently located near the Chill Suites hotel, where we were staying. We easily walked there and enjoyed the short stroll.
