  A must visit experience in Vietnam if you like Speciality coffee. They serve different types of coffee based on your taste and preference. The service is very personalised and the Kathy was very kind and professional. She explained all the details and process with finer details. The bakery and food were also very good. We tried the Cheese Panini. They have huge seating space with multiple floors. Highly recommend for the overall experience.

  If you're looking for an excellent specialty coffee shop, I highly recommend XLIII Specialty Coffee. It’s not just your average cafe; it offers a truly impressive and fresh coffee experience. ☕️ Excellent Coffee & Knowledgeable Staff: The coffee itself is already outstanding and high-quality, but what elevates the experience even further is the staff. The service is fantastic, and the baristas are incredibly knowledgeable. They know the ins and outs of different coffee beans and flavor profiles, providing professional recommendations and explaining the story behind your cup. It makes enjoying the coffee so much more engaging and fun. 🥐 10/10 Pastries: Besides the outstanding coffee, their baked goods are equally amazing! The absolute standouts are the Sourdough Banana Bread—great texture, perfectly balanced, and not overly sweet—and the Madeleines, which are baked to perfection. They pair absolutely beautifully with their specialty coffee.

  As always when I arrive in a new city, one of the first things I do is look for the best coffee shops, preferably specialty coffee shops. Given that Vietnam is the world’s second-largest coffee producer, I was excited to explore the local coffee scene. Coffee shops are everywhere, and many claim to be specialty coffee shops. This one, however, takes specialty coffee seriously. I was surprised when the barista told me they didn’t serve Vietnamese specialty coffee, explaining that Vietnam is primarily focused on large-scale Robusta production and that specialty coffee remains relatively limited. The company roasts in Da Nang and operates five locations across the country. They source beans directly from producers around the world. On the menu were coffees from Peru, Panama, and Brazil. I chose two Peruvian coffees from the Cusco region, both prepared as V60 pour-overs. The coffees were expensive, but for good reason. The roaster buys directly from small farmers and pays prices far above commodity coffee levels. While some may question drinking imported coffee in Vietnam, I think it is valuable to showcase what is possible with exceptional beans, skilled roasting, and well-trained baristas. This can also inspire local producers to pursue higher-quality production. The coffees were excellent, and the attention to detail from the baristas was impressive. Espresso was prepared on a La Marzocco Strada, and every step reflected a genuine commitment to quality. A fantastic coffee experience.

  A cool, futuristic spot to try once, but the coffee is a bit pricey ​This coffee shop has a super modern design that catches your eye right away. Stepping inside feels like walking into a high-end exhibition or an art space. Everything is styled with simple black and white colors, bright overhead ceiling lights, and a really cool, long black counter filled with green moss and small stones. The clean look and sharp lines give the whole place a futuristic vibe that looks awesome in photos. ​The Drinks: When it comes to the coffee, they definitely know what they are doing. They use a top-tier professional espresso machine and the staff prepares everything very carefully. The Americano here is actually really good, smooth, and easy to drink. However, compared to your everyday coffee shops, the price is a bit on the expensive side. ​The Vibe: While the decoration looks amazing and satisfies your curiosity, the ultra-clean, minimalist setup feels more like a place you visit once to check out rather than a cozy neighborhood hangout where you’d sit every day. It’s a great spot to come see what the hype is about and take some cool pictures. ​Overall, it's a very unique shop that serves a solid cup of coffee. But because of the premium prices and the fancy, museum-like atmosphere, it's probably the kind of place you just visit once out of curiosity to explore and see the design, rather than becoming your regular everyday coffee spot.

  Came here with my wife and 2 friends. Located 20-25mins ride from HCM airport. Super clean and minimalist black-and-white set-up - all-round classy vibes. World-class coffee experience with very passionate and knowledgeable baristas - will come back again when we visit HCM City.

  Artisanal coffee joint that boost its sophistication on using single origin beans. Clear menu structure reflects its simplicity in ordering, tiered pricing represents the specific bean quality and processes. Ordered a cafe latte using their house speciality beans and a pour over coffee brew using their excellent beans together with the sourdough cinnamon roll. Unfortunately the cafe latte was just too milky that subdued the any remnants of coffee beans to ensure a good coffee experience. Even with pairing on the sourdough cinnamon roll that didn’t come together as like symphonic orchestra, instead it sounded like a garage band jamming with off keys notes that requires more effort. Service was alright, the barista checked in on the coffee experience and offered to replace the cafe latte after feedback however the cafe latte replacement didn’t arrive (perhaps due to language barrier and poor understanding). In all fairness, the pour over was lovely as it reflects the terroirs of the coffee beans and the roasting process by the roaster’s intentions in showcasing the profile of the coffee beans. Verdict: Such sophisticated coffee joint, is highly recommended to coffee junkies that really prefers their pour overs rather than espresso pressure pressed style coffee. Pour over deserved the 5 stars recommendation. Coffee beans used here are lighter roast that won’t benefit much from the punishment of extraction using pressure. Recommendation: For coffee junkies and perhaps influencers that wishes to check in. Not for your usual coffee addicts that need a good coffee to kick start the day. Note: Upgraded to 5 stars (previously 4 stars), mainly for their standout coffee pour overs.

  I had a wonderful experience at XLIII Specialty Coffees, thanks to Truong. His service was exceptional—friendly, attentive, and highly knowledgeable about coffee. He took the time to explain the different beans and recommended the Nuevo Allianza Maragogipe and Allianza Maragogipe Sidra. Both coffees were outstanding, with unique flavors and excellent quality. His recommendations were spot on and made the experience even more enjoyable. If you’re visiting XLIII Specialty Coffees, I highly recommend asking for Truong. His passion for coffee and dedication to customer service truly stand out. Looking forward to coming back again!

  Chanced upon this store by chance! The staff were very friendly and patient in explaining the different coffee bean options and explained how to taste, what to expect and how to best experience the chosen beans. We tried the Racemosa beans and were blown away by the uniqueness of it's aroma, umami and taste. The aftertaste is interesting - neither acidic nor bitter but yet has a slight sweet taste enveloping your mouth if you take a sip of water after. The interior is very spacious, monochrome with peaceful splashes of greenery. It felt very nice and calm here! Would definitely find time to pop by again the next time we are in HCMC!
