  Excellent Care and True Peace of Mind!! Five stars is not enough to express how grateful I am for CMI. Every single time I visit, the staff are incredibly friendly and professional, making the entire experience seamless and stress-free. As an expat, finding healthcare you can fully trust can be daunting, but CMI has completely exceeded my expectations. I am so grateful to have a medical centre where I feel genuinely comfortable and cared for. A massive bonus is that many of the staff speak English fluently, which makes communication entirely effortless and provides so much reassurance during medical visits. I honestly would not want to go anywhere else for my healthcare. Thank you to the entire team for your outstanding service and dedication!

  Absolutely fantastic service. There you are in Ho Chi Minh City with a rather severe chest infection. On entry, a well-spoken reception took details. After waiting 10 minutes, the 1st of 4 people arrived to start the consultation. Next, an exray of the chest, next the doctor to talk to, and 1st treatment applied treatment on the spot. Back to the doctor listing diagnosis and explaining the medication, then onto the pharmacy and payment totalling £98. Absolutely fantastic. Where did it all go wrong in the U.K

  Had cause to seek medical care in Vietnam, while on a trip from Ireland. The quality of care I received and the quality of the facilities were first class. Thanks to all.

  My daughter had ear infection during our travels theough Vietnam. So we went to see ENT/ ORL specialist Dr. Emmanuel Valton. He was really professional, human, kind to us and our 2 years of daugter, do the procedures and set up the treatment. Everybody from the security to the receptionist were super kind. Not cheap, but if you need professionals with short waiting time, I recommend this place.

  I was given great care at CMI. They took my concerns seriously and took extra measures to make sure there was a correct diagnosis. I was nervous seeking medical help in a country I didn’t speak their native language, but everyone spoke English and it was no problem. Would recommend!

  Very bad experience, two times. I'll edit next time I have a better experience. Let me explain: my kid had an emergency, I called them and they weren't able to get an appointment before 2 weeks. I had to ask the support of another organization to get it in 1 week only. Second bad experience, I ask for an appointment for the whole family for a test (during holidays). On the day we arrive to do the test, they tell me they don't have enough tests (this test requires to fast): the entire family had to waste 1h of waiting, fasting for nothing, while they could have informed us the day before by email not to come. We'll have to come another day, while the kids should be going to school... What a disappointment. What a lack of communication. Hope next time they will do better.

  My 5 year old was ill. He vomited and couldn’t eat. The doctor said he had bacteria infection on his tonsils. I told her that i was also worried about his vomit and dehydration. Instead of an explanation, she got frustrated and raised her voice as if she thinks that we don’t trust her. I kept repeating to her that we trust her as a doctor. After that she made a second prescription adding O.R.S for my son We went back to the hotel and my son just threw up again. If he continues throwing up i will take him to see a doctor again. If you’re a tourist and you need a doctor who understands your situation for the treatment, i would recommend other hospitals or clinics.
