  Our son was ill so we knew we needed a doctor. I was able to access the website easily and book an appointment straight away-there are slots every 15 mins. It was all very clear and easy. When we arrived we received calm, caring attention from the reception. My son saw a doctor and had a full MOT to determine exactly what was wrong. The doctor was very clear, and always checking in with us the parents AND my son which was fantastic. After blood tests we were able to await the results at our apartment and received a WhatsApp as soon as the results were in. During our visit when we were feeling anxious and tired a number of staff members attended on us all in a very caring way. I received a follow up WhatsApp a couple of days later from the doctor to check on my son, asking after his symptoms and energy levels etc. I couldn’t recommend Charis Healthcare enough. Look no further.

  I had an excellent experience with a very skilled and attentive doctor. My parent underwent a comprehensive health check, receiving detailed information and practical advice to improve overall well-being. What impressed me most is that the doctor didn’t just focus on medication but provided a holistic treatment plan, including recommendations for physical therapy exercises to relieve neck pain. The reception staff was also friendly and helpful, making the entire process smooth and pleasant.

  I had a really good experience at Charis Healthcare. The staff were welcoming, professional, and patient from start to finish. As an American, it was very reassuring that the doctors and staff spoke clear English communication was easy and comfortable. The doctors took their time, explained my results clearly, and made sure I understood everything. The health package I chose was well organized, thorough, and good value. I never felt rushed, and the overall hospitality was excellent. I’d definitely recommend Charis Healthcare to anyone looking for quality medical care with English-speaking staff in Vietnam.

  Came here because wife was down with food poisoning. Dr Tran Phuong Thao was extremely proficient and thorough. Process took a little bit longer but I’m definitely grateful for the treatment rendered.

  Traveling through Vietnam currently & needed to see a doctor for a cut that wasn't healing, dropped into Charis & saw Dr Thao. Excellent service from all the staff & Dr. They couldn't be more helpful & caring. Highly recommended 👍

  I’m totally satisfied with my experience at this clinic. From the modern, clean facilities to the dedicated and highly professional medical team, everything made me feel safe and comfortable. The receptionists were friendly and attentive, and the examination process was quick with minimal waiting time. The doctor was thorough, clearly explained my son health condition, and provided thoughtful advice. Dr. Linh is extremely caring—she even followed up with messages to check on our son and gave us highly helpful guidance. I’ll definitely return and highly recommend this clinic to friends and family!

  Clinic was very clean and modern. Staff were super welcoming and friendly and made me feel at ease throughout. Dr Thao Tran was very professional and thorough when treating me. Super grateful as he helped me to finally clear my post-nasal drip when I wasn't able to get any long-term relief from my treatments in Singapore. Thank you to all the staff and Dr Thao for treating me! Would definitely recommend to friends and family.
