  Great staff and doctors to assist you on your health emergency. And whats amazing is theres a SALTWATER AQUARIUM in the lobby. Makes you entertained while waiting

  Dr. Jane Li is absolutely fantastic! I got an upper respiratory tract infection and had to stay here overnight where they took good care of me. She was thorough with her diagnosis, answered all my questions and I actually felt like she wanted me to feel better unlike other doctors I’ve experienced. They have a full facility with full testing, labs, X-rays and everything. Environment is professional, everyone there is very talented and speaks English amazingly. They even have multiple language staff (Japanese, Chinese, ect.). My costs were higher because I had to keep coming back but Dr Jane gave me discounts and made sure I didn’t have to overpay or overstay if I didn’t have to. I have been to several hospitals all around SEA and this experience was great! The one feedback I would give is to the overnight nurse to potentially get some added bedside manners and emotional intelligence training. She did good but instead of forcing someone to calm them down by telling them to stop hyperventilating isn’t optimal. In that moment of crisis, calm guided instruction, making them feel safe and not adding extra stress to stop something they are trying not to do would help. Apart from that, overall I was greatly happy with the service. Highly recommend.

  Great doctors and nurses and best thing about their service is that they speak fluent English so its great for tourists as we had issues with the local hospital understanding us. I say if your travelling and have any medical issues just come here save yourself the headaches with other hospitals that can't really communicate in English. Thanks again to the nurse who assisted us for our 3 visit there your great service made the difference just hope we don't meet you again under the same conditions 😀

  I cannot recommend this clinic and Dr. Hector highly enough. My daughter presented with a pilonidal abscess and a high fever, a situation that could have easily ruined our trip and caused significant distress. As a former Physiotherapist with degrees from London and Italy, and having nearly completed a PhD in Neurophysiology, I have very high standards for medical care. I can say with absolute certainty that Dr. Hector is exceptionally competent and skilled. Beyond his technical proficiency, he was incredibly easy to talk to, which immediately eased our worries during a frightening moment. The care was comprehensive and efficient, with everything completed in just 3 hours: Initial consultation Ultrasound echography Blood sample analysis Abscess analysis Small intervention to drain the abscess Pain killers Antibiotics and other medications and probably other procedures I now forget In the next days, continuous follow-up via WhatsApp We spent 680 USD, a price that I find absolutely justified given the level of professionalism shown by the clinic staff and, above all, Dr. Hector. My daughter felt better almost immediately, the problem was solved with no further intervention, and our vacation was saved. The continuous follow-up via WhatsApp and photo reviews gave us immense peace of mind. If you are looking for world-class medical care in Ho Chi Minh City, this is the place to go, and Doctor Hector is an exceptional doctor, the doctor you would like to have, trust me!

  Exceptional, compassionate care. My physician, Jane Li, is a US Board Certified Internist. I had severe pneumonia and am grateful to be well. Nurse Phat was instrumental in treating me with kindness.

  My husband was treated here because of dengue and we're super thankful. Reception staff was very helpful and kind, when they saw my husband dragging himself inside the building, they organized a wheelchair immediately and got him a bed where he could rest until a doctor could see him. After coming in for three times - my husband's condition got better and then worsened again - the doctor in charge advised him to stay. A lot of tests where run and we got the laboratory results just minutes later. Because of our often visits and the 3-night-stay we got to know a lot of different doctors and nurses in duty, all of them were very friendly and took their time in explaining everything to us. We truly felt taken care of, thank you!

  I visited this hospital for an ear infection and had a very positive experience. The place was clean, well organized, and had a pharmacy inside. The reception team, pharmacist, and doctors were very kind, helpful, and professional. They explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable. They accept USD payments, the price was a bit high, but the service quality was excellent. Highly recommended.

  I got treated for a foot wound and was billed $330. They suggested I get a Wound Culture test since insurance covers it, explaining that it’s done to see if the prescribed antibiotics are the right fit. They told me the results would be emailed to me in 2 to 3 days, so I waited. But a week passed and I still didn't receive anything, even though I had already finished the entire course of antibiotics by then. I had to call them to follow up, and they finally sent the results two days later. In the end, it took 10 days to get them. The test was completely useless at that point. Never going back this place.
