A beautiful clinic with kind staff, all departments are next to each other so it is easy to find. I choose this clinic for common disease. I dont have to wait for long time.

We moved here in July. We have needed Family Medical Practice many times and they have always been amazing. The front desk staff always greet us with a smile and are very professional, the nurses are very kind, caring and compassionate. The pharmacist is very helpful, informative and kind. Dr. Chris, Dr. Ekaterina and Dr. Agnes at D2 have always provided wonderful care to our family. Moving to a new country is challenging, especially when you are hurt or unwell. Family Medical Practice has made tough times much easier. Thank you for all your great care. I would recommend this clinic anytime.

I’m from the USA I ended up in Chau Doc getting dysentery and came to this hospital. My Dr was excellent and very knowledgeable about my condition. I was treated accordingly and recovered well from the dysentery. This hospital is very westernized and in my experience they’re the best hospital in Saigon!

This is the top choice clinic for foreigners in HCMC. Professional staffs, quick procedure, great customer service and top doctors in the city. I always choose this clinic to recommend to my expat network.

The clinic has a good location and environment, and the staff can speak English. However, there is a lack of a complete and clear consultation process. Sometimes they ask you to wait but you don't know what you are waiting for, how long you have to wait, or where to wait. They won't even give you your medical records. The medicines you get from the pharmacy are basically 2.5 times more expensive than those in other pharmacies.

The clinic attempted to charge me a 15% copay fee when I opted for direct billing with my insurance company (Bupa Global) for a consultation with a GP. However, I checked with my insurance company and there was no mention of a 15% copay fee for consultations, which I showed to the clinic. They waived the fee, which is great but also quite strange. This “15% copay fee” does not appear to be a legitimate fee tacked onto consultations. It should be handled by the insurance company, at least under Bupa Global.

It is not good service! They just created extra activities to make money! My granddaughter has no fever or any serious health problem. We visited just because she has a small problem with food poison. Clinics wanted us go for an ultrasound in district #2, and suggested us to use its ambulance care to get there! Really funny businesses! This clinic is in D7, why we should go to D2? Why ultrasound? Why ambulance service?... Don't visit this center!

Went to family medical with an ongoing sinus problem and they charged me 2 mil for a 5 minute consultation along with a nasal wash that ended up giving me a further infection. This place just wants your money, the doctors don’t actually care about your health or giving you a proper diagnosis.
