  Thank you Dr. Diego for the consultation. I truly appreciate his professionalism and the way he always treat patients with genuine care and empathy. His detailed explanations were very clear and reassuring, which made me feel comfortable and confident. As a fellow healthcare professional, I found his approach truly inspiring and educational.   I have recently joined a training by the FMP. The practical First aid and AED training was well-organized, engaging, and highly informative. The hands-on exercises built my confidence in responding to emergencies, and the instructors explained each step clearly. A valuable and worthwhile training session.

  Love this medical practice as they are open after hours. Dr Hector was professional, thorough and easy to talk to. He took his time during my consult and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. The clinic was clean and well-organized. Overall, a very positive experience and go to when my family is unwell

  After fracturing my foot and needing surgery, I could not have hoped for a better team to support me through this difficult experience. The orthopaedist, Dr Diego, recommended surgery within 24 hours from my first visit, and throughout the entire process he was compassionate, patient, reassuring and highly professional. One small gesture I will never forget: before the anaesthesia, he even played my favourite music to help me relax. I would also like to sincerely thank Mr. Sang – Orthopaedic Assistant – whose support went far beyond expectations. He organised clinic transportation, offered to drive my motorbike home, and suggested providing a wheelchair for home use (later collected by the clinic team). His care, efficiency and willingness to help made an enormous difference during my recovery. Living with a fractured foot and going through surgery is physically and emotionally challenging, but the Family Medical Practice team made the journey so much easier thanks to their professionalism, friendliness and truly dedicated care. Thank you very much for all your efforts, kindness and support. I will always remember it with gratitude.

  We have received outstanding care and service at FMP over a period of two years. From the moment you walk in, the staff is incredibly welcoming, and the efficiency of scheduling appointments, running tests, and receiving results makes a world of difference. Every interaction with the physicians radiates comfort, compassion, integrity, and professionalism. To name a few, in paediatrics/emergency, I'm extending my appreciation to the nursing staff, Dr Jonathan, Dr Yamamoto, Dr Agnes, Dr Ekaterina, and Dr Alfredo. I am also grateful to Dr Serge for being particularly accommodating. You can rest assured health issues are thoroughly assessed and monitored. In gynaecology, Dr Saiko creates a calm environment and brings a warm, positive attitude, providing evidence-based diagnoses. As for internal medicine, Dr Ruben offers honest, realistic opinions alongside a caring and comprehensive approach; his up-to-date extensive expertise in skin concerns is highly reassuring. I highly recommend FMP. This practice truly embodies what the foundation of medicine should be.

  We had a wonderful experience at this clinic. The doctors and staff were incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well cared for. The waiting area is bright, clean, and thoughtfully arranged—with a lovely play area that kept the children calm and entertained. It really shows that they care not just about health, but also about comfort and emotional well-being. We are very grateful for the care we received and would highly recommend Family Medical Practice to any family looking for quality healthcare and a compassionate environment.

  My visit to fmp was great. The internal medicine doctor was professional and kind, and although English wasn’t their first language, the nurse kindly helped translate during the consultation. This made communication smooth and helped me feel comfortable and understood. The entire clinic staff was supportive, and they also offered direct billing to my insurance, which made everything easy. I truly appreciate the care and teamwork.

  Located directly in the middle of Thao Dien close to BP compound and British School. Doctors and staff with fluent English as well other languages. Available most common specialists. Easy booking and for some many options for direct billing.
