Có nhắn Zalo xin đặt lịch. Cách nói chuyện và làm việc của nhân viên kiểu không biết lắng nghe, thấu hiểu, cứng nhắc theo quy trình, chưa khám mà thấy lo âu với trầm cảm nặng hơn rồi. Thấy sợ.
