  コロナ対策のため電話予約をしてからきてくださいとのことでしたが、電話手段がなかったため病院に直接伺い扉の前で待ちました。 中から声をかけてくださり、マスクもいただきました。 海外旅行保険と国民健康保険でかかるお金が違うことや診断書のお金が必要な場合とそうでない場合など、日本人の看護師さんが丁寧にご説明くださり、かなり安心できました。 長谷先生に診ていただきましたが、話しやすくてこちらも安心できました。 ありがとうございました。

  旅行中、息子の酷い嘔吐下痢発熱、娘の発熱嘔吐、母親の発熱とまとめて3人でお世話になりました。朝の8時半過ぎに電話をして、9時15には予約が取れ、待ち時間もほぼなく診てもらえました。 息子の様子を見てベッドで待たせていただけたり、とても優しく声をかけて頂きました。 ドクターはとても感じが良く気さくで親切、診察も説明もとっても丁寧で驚きました。日本でもこんな素敵なドクターに出会えたことはありません。 看護師さんたちもとっても優しく、子どもが泣いたりうめいたりすると落ち着かせてくれてみんなで励ましてくださりました。 旅行中の体調不良は本当に残念だったのですが、このクリニックにかかれて本当に幸運でした。 点滴と処方薬で、3人ともかなり早く回復することができました。

  初めてのベトナム旅行でした。 ホテルで朝食後に涙、目の腫れ、鼻水がひどくなり、慌ててこちらを受診しました。予約無しでしたが、しばらく待ってから直ぐに診察して下さいました。 〈食物アレルギー〉と診断され、治療となりました。１時間ほどの点滴の間、何度も先生や看護師さんが様子を見に来てくださって、日本の病院より丁寧な対応だと感じました。 海外旅行保険に必要な書類や帰国後の請求のやり方などの話もして下さり、本当に助かりました。 先生だけでなく受付の方、看護師さんも日本語対応で、日本で受診するのと全く変わらないのが本当に心強く有り難かったです。支払いもカードが使えるので安心です。 1区のホテル街からタクシーで10分もかからないので便利です。 海外旅行で初めて体調を崩しました。コロナウイルスの規制は解除され始めていますが、念の為と思って、今回は初めて現地の日本語対応のクリニックを事前にリサーチしました。それがこんな形で役に立つなんて、虫の知らせだったのかもしれませんが、何よりも素晴らしいクリニックに出会えて感謝しかありません。 ありがとうございました。

  It is on the third floor. The clinic provides free parking tickets, so you do not need to pay for it. But it seems that staff there only speak Vietnamese and Japanese. When I spoke English on the phone, it seemed that they do not understand. Later, I realized that all the patients speak Japanese in the clinic. The place is organized and clean.

  受付の人や看護婦さんの対応はとても良いです。他の方の口コミで医師はヤブだと言う指摘がありますが、それについてはよくわかりませんでした。あと何回か通院するのではっきりわかると思います。

  As a foreigner don’t go to that clinic. I ended up by mistake as I confuse Lotus clinic in d7. And all the receptionist were looking at me like “this is a Japanese clinic what are you doing here”. I asked them but don’t you see international as well? I find it very rude

  Bad English very bad ask you to sign all these forms in VN I went for fat freezing after big speal on line telling me how good it was was then told lazer was going to give best result 10 million dong doctor keep insisting this and back and under arm area price went up to 50 million dong said no way just stomach 10 million dong see if it works and come back I thought all good so to clinical room prepped all good staff no English but used translation ten minutes into procedure Doctor walks in with Secretary and says card no work they took out 10m dong and took out another 2 m dong and another 2 m dong total of 14 m dong and card bounced after that I said we agreed only 10 million dong Doctor said no we do best for you I went off jumped off table until they agreed to refund 4 million which they did in cash at end of procedure which I feel personally was turned right down little bit of a difference then a different doctor came in said ok we get you come back in a week we give you text or email for after procedure check up and nothing after a week I would say to you DONT be a Bunny like I was from the time they took my card till the time they refunded me in US and local cash still short changed me a few bucks I was happy to get out of the place nurses and staff were nice facility was clean sales team on Doctor look out
