  We saw the doctor at Tokyo Family Clinic in Ho Chi Minh for a viral infection and cough. The staff were very friendly and professional. Great environment. Nurse was very courteous and the doctor was quite thorough with her diagnosis and prescription. Wonderful experience.

  Had my annual comprehensive checkup and was very happy with the quality and professional level of service and care by all staff. Big thank you to Dr Ling (hope I spell her name right🫣). Clear explanation of the results and the pathway forward.

  Dr Kobayashi was great. He helped us with our queries and gave great travel advice. He listen to what we needed and was quick to provide all information and advice we needed. He also has a great sense of humor which is always appreciated. Totally recommend coming to see Dr Kobayashi for any medical needs.

  I absolutely loved my experience here. The whole staff was wonderful and caring and very thorough. It took hardly any time to get diagnosis and everything was was explained to me very well. I highly recommend this place. They have other clinics in Vietnam too. I will be sure to look them up wherever and whenever I may need them again. English is spoken well here, which is big plus for me.

  I am trying to call hotline but no answer, this is totally terrible service. Is it Japan standard??
