  Dr. Phuong Thao is a very kind, caring, and supportive doctor. She always explains things clearly and makes patients feel comfortable and reassured. The clinic staff are also friendly and professional. I truly appreciate the good care and attention I received here. Highly recommended!

  My first time to see an ENT doctor and it has to be overseas! I’m so glad to have ended up in Victoria Healthcare. It was a unanimous recommendation when I went to ask from Filipino friends here in Saigon. Top notch service and the reviews are true - Dr. LÊ HỒ XUÂN DUY is the best. Just the way I would’ve liked it - professional straightforward treatment with thorough explanation of what’s happened to my ear. My issue was resolved in no time. Thank you so much for the most accommodating staff and the excellent service.

  My friend and I came in for a check-up and was seen by Dr. Thao, who was incredibly professional, thorough and spoke excellent English. Despite visiting multiple doctors in Western Australia, no one had been able to correctly diagnose the problem and my friend was even prescribed incorrect antibiotics. Dr. Thao quickly identified the underlying issue and prescribed the appropriate treatment and thanks to her, my friend is now fully recovered. Special mention must also go to Supervisor My Tinh, who was incredibly helpful throughout the entire visit. Her English is also excellent and she assisted us with filling out paperwork, navigating the clinic process and made sure everything was running smoothly. Her attention to detail and warm demeanor truly added to the overall positive experience. The clinic is very clean, modern and we didn’t have to wait long. Highly recommend Victoria Healthcare for anyone needing quality, professional medical care in Vietnam!

  My family really likes going for medical checkups at Victoria District 7. The doctors, nurses, and staff here are very attentive and provide clear guidance and thorough answers to our questions, which makes us feel much more reassured. Especially Dr. Phuong Thao, who successfully treated my illness after many unsuccessful treatments elsewhere. She is always supportive and follows up carefully, even on days off and holidays. I am very grateful to Victoria Clinic District 7, especially Dr. Phuong Thao, and wish the clinic and Dr. Phuong Thao a successful and peaceful New Year.

  I am fortunate that I am not a frequent visitor here :) but every time when I am here, I feel so cozy, because of the lovely space but mostly the dedicated care and service of the team, from the doctor, to the, nurse, janitor, security guard. This is really one of the very few clinics with the truest doctor's spirit that I have ever experienced. Thank you to all of you ♥️

  I faced problems with flue and I got in contact with this clinic. I’m from Sweden and we have an amazing health care, but this clinic is something above everything I’ve experienced. Extremely professional, listening to me as a patient, taking the right examinations and explaining everything in details. I had a follow up which I appreciated very well and I’m more than satisfied and confident to share my experience with you. This is the place you go when you are in need medical treatment!

  I came in for a pap smear on Oct 3 with Dr Vy, and she recommended that I get an ultrasound as well. I repeatedly said more than once I didn't want an ultrasound, and I did not want an ultrasound with a male OBGYN and was assured that Dr Vy would be the one doing the ultrasound. I went into the ultrasound room and the male doctor was there, but Dr Vy also came in so I thought she would be doing the ultrasound. I was already undressed and on the table when the male doctor came in and did the ultrasound and I was extremely uncomfortable. I complained to the manager and was assured that Dr Vy would need to have a conversation about respecting the patient's boundaries. Today when Dr Vy called me about my pap results, she said "Well YOU DIDN'T SAY ANYTHING when the male doctor did the exam so I thought you were fine with it" even though in my private consultation with her, I repeatedly said I don't want a male OBGYN. How could I say anything when I was already undressed and on the table? Way to gaslight your patient who was already in a vulnerable position. I have been going to Victoria for all of my health needs for 10 years but I have never received such disrespectful treatment from a doctor, and a OBGYN no less. I will not be coming back here again.
