  My daughter was treated here today. I appreciate the pleasant and efficient care she received. The doctor made sure to adjust her new prescriptions to the medication she already takes so as to double up or conflict with any medication she takes regularly. The diagnosis by a doctor in English and explained completely along with a weeks medications came to $43. Thank to all who assisted us.

  Very good service here. I wanted to know the price before walking in since I didn’t have insurance in Vietnam, so I contacted via FB messenger, and stated what I would need. After a bit of chat conversation, they called me and told me the approximate cost and everything was super clear. The facility looks very new and feels nice, and they all speak English even though most of patients at the time of my visit were locals. The process felt easy/straightforward/familiar even as a foreigner without any Vietnamese. The fee here is surprisingly affordable for the environment and service. Highly recommended👍

  Such a great experience I got at Victoria Healthcare. I went there for nasal problems in hope to got advice for an operation (either deviated septum or turbinate). I was treated by Dr. Huy. It was my first time using a hospital in Vietnam, so I was honestly quite skeptical at first. What a surprise, Dr. Huy is a dynamic, responsive, and very professional doctor. We did a CT scan the same hour after consultation, and he quickly identified the major cause of my issue and proposed a treatment plan. We scheduled the surgery for the following week. I was truely impressed by the professionalism of the whole team: warm welcome, efficient reception, fast organization, and great reactivity. The surgery was planned for 12:00 PM, and I arrived at 9:00 AM for some pre-checks. Everything was perfectly on time and well coordinated. The process went smoothly, and the medical team reassured me throughout. I had the turbinate reduction surgery with ease. I expected some side effects, but I only experienced very light, occasional bleeding. Two days later, my nose splints were removed and I immediately felt a huge relief. I keep following the treatment as recommended. Thank you very much to the entire team. I 100% recommend Victoria Healthcare if you are looking for high medical standards at a very competitive price. For my case, the total cost was only $1,200. Very hard to find better. Previousely a private clinic quoted me around $2,000, and in Thailand price starts at $3,000 and up! For any ENT-related issue, go ask for Dr Huy! Thank you again!

  Amazing Experience. My Partner started having severe abdominal pain and diarrhea, they got her in fast for an exam and abdominal ultrasound and gave her the medicine she needs. A peace of mind for us and I recommend here for everyone as well. We felt listened to, safe, and taken care of.

  I really like the service! The staff are accommodating. All of them speaks in english so all transactions are easy. I always use Victoria Health Care for my medical check ups since 2023. Thank you for your good service to all especially expats!

  I was in Ho Chi Minh City for a few days and had a medical emergency, so I went to this hospital without an appointment. I was admitted immediately, and the doctor spoke excellent English and took the time to explain everything clearly. All examinations, including the ultrasound, were done in the same building, and I returned to the same doctor who explained the results in detail. I also received the prescribed medication on-site. Everything was perfect, and the medication is working well. I would like to sincerely thank the doctor and staff who helped me. I highly recommend this hospital to anyone in Ho Chi Minh City who needs medical care. The standard is comparable to Western countries, and there is absolutely no need to worry. Excellent service and care. Totally recommend this hospital. ✨

  Really impressed. This was my first time needing to seek medical attention in Vietnam and this clinic is very nice. Everything was bright and clean. Staff was super friendly. I don’t speak a lick of Vietnamese and everyone spoke English well enough to make me comfortable and feel understood. The doctor was knowledgeable and very concerned about my issue. That issue being that I ran out of medication for my blood sugar while here. While they did not have the American meds I take they had an equivalent and I guess we’ll see how that goes. The triage could be a little tighter with being accurate. My height was taken improperly and that is important (height and weight to be accurate) for medication dosage purposes. But other than that, I was mostly amazed at how FAST everything was. I have read horror stories about all Vietnamese medical facilities about slow and crowding. Maybe I went on the right day but at 4pm I didn’t wait but maybe 5 mins max before seeing the doc and the pharmacy took half that. My entire visit took 40 mins total. Amazing. In the US this would’ve taken 4 hours. The appointment is probably pricey to some, I heard less than 200k vnd before I came. It was 610K for the quick visit and 389k vnd for only a 2week prescription. Seems too high for only 2 weeks. Other than that, really smooth, well ran facility. If you are an expat I HIGHLY recommend.
