  I had a very good experience here. The clinic is clean, well-organized, and comfortable. The staff friendly and helpful, and the doctors explained everything clearly in English, which made feelin' very reassured. The best healthcare service during living in Ho Chi Minh

  Got my EGD and colonoscopy done here. I like the prep solution, not too bad to drink it all as long as it is kept a bit chill/cold. During the pre-op, the process was pretty easy for me. I didnt feel like I had to run to the toilet that urgently. Even when it is closer to the arrival time, I had no sudden urge to go as I had initially afraid/expected. Post-op, in recovery wasn't that bad either, just a lil vision lag, no nausea nor vomiting. Everyone from the administrative and the medical staff were very professional and friendly. They also collaborated very effectively. They also provide translation for my medical reports which is convenience for me to bring back to my pcp. Highly recommended!

  Professional clinic with fine customer services. People are very friendly and I was taken care in an instant manner. Though the wait time for ultrasound is a bit a while but I would say it's worth carefully checking health conditions for each patient.

  I give 3 stars for the staff, they were friendly. Very helpful. Their English was okay. However, the doctor's visit was not the best at all. I came to Yersin with an injured foot. I got xrays done, which was great. Diagnosis is a fracture. The doctor said I need a bandage and I'll be fine and there's no need for a cast and crutches. So they wrapped my foot with a bandage and gave a prescription for painkillers and anti inflammatory pills. It's two weeks later my foot has gotten worse. I'm very disappointed.

  Friendly staffs and waiting times were not too long. However, I do not appreciate the way the general health examination packages for women are divided into single and married females. The only purpose of this is to determine whether you’d need a pap smear to screen for cervical cancer. This implied your virginity and an underlying shame for women who have premarital sex. My ultrasound technician was also quite insensitive. She commented on my nipple piercings, saying that I won’t be able to breastfeed. I do not wish to bear children, and whether I can breastfeed or not is none of her business to comment on. She also commented on my IUD, asking me why I had it even though I haven’t had any babies. I suppose in her mind, only mothers who no longer wish to have more children can have an IUD inserted. Again, it is not her place to comment on why I have an IUD in the first place. Judgmental and extremely unprofessional healthcare provider. Made me feel like my only purpose in life as a woman is to raise babies. Furthermore, if you are used to your healthcare providers explaining steps by steps what tasks they will perform on you, you will not get it here, worse if you have clinic anxiety because they do not explain what they’re doing to you during the procedure. I do not recommend this place.

  Mixed experience. Some departments (like gynecology) were professional and explained procedures clearly. Others were not. During the ECG, there was no explanation before physical contact, which felt uncomfortable. Blood draw hygiene also seemed inconsistent. In the gynecology section, staff made comments about my period in Vietnamese instead of communicating directly with me, even after I had already explained my situation. In an international clinic, patients should be addressed clearly and respectfully, not spoken about in another language. Overall, communication and patient care standards don’t match what you would expect from an “international” clinic. Efficient, but not very reassuring.

  The service isn’t professional. I went for an ear cleaning. The doctor was laughing during my cleaning which was physically painful. I had to tell her to stop laughing. She spoke little English and little English is spoken at the clinic. Not a professional nor good experience
