  The very first store of @everyhalf.coffeeroasters which tucked away in an alleyway around Võ Thị Sáu area. This coffee shop carries a natural concept with shady tropical vegetation in all areas, making the ambience feel very cool and comfy. A really great choice to relax and enjoy a delicious morning coffee in Ho Chi aminh.

  A peaceful Sunday morning coffee escape in Every Half’s lush green courtyard ​Every Half Coffee Roasters offers a beautifully designed, rustic sanctuary that is absolutely perfect for anyone looking to unwind on a relaxing Sunday morning. The standout feature of this location is its expansive, open-air courtyard nestled between sleek navy-blue buildings. Shaded by a canopy of mature, vibrant green trees and filled with climbing plants, the outdoor setup provides an incredibly breezy, refreshing, and visual treat that instantly puts you at ease. ​The Space: The cafe beautifully balances a bright, air-conditioned indoor area with wide panoramic glass walls and a spacious outdoor seating arrangement. The minimalist white and black folding chairs are neatly arranged on patterned stone tiles alongside long wooden benches, creating a variety of casual, comfortable spots to sit back, enjoy the morning sun, and watch the day go by. ​The Coffee: The establishment caters excellently to coffee enthusiasts with a well-curated beverage menu.   I stumbled upon this café while staying at the M Village hotel—it’s right downstairs in the same building. It’s a cozy spot for a morning coffee or getting some work done. I really enjoyed both their coffee and matcha latte, especially the umami richness of the matcha with oat milk and no sugar. Definitely recommend.

  A very creamy, strong coffee yet subtle to my taste that I ever had, nice caramel-ish coffee without overburning smell sensation! Perfection! One of the best butter croissant 🥐 too. The ambiance is also spot on, homy and welcoming, but hit all the stylish parts too! This cafe is part of the M Village establishment, so the residents would have an additional comfort every morning! Lastly, very very warm and friendly staff manning behind the counter! Fabulous place to start your day 😊 💕

  Phenomenal coffee beans and an even better experience with the staff. Khoi and the rest of the Every Half team were incredibly warm and welcoming to a casual coffee drinker like myself. He took the time to explain the different coffee beans that the cafe offered, as well as generously letting me sample some medium-roasted robusta cafe sửa đá (iced coffee with condensed milk). I ended up purchasing four bags of the medium-roasted robusta beans and will be coming back in the near future for more.

  For a long time, I haven’t had time to try one new branch (for me) of Every Half. Recently, They have been opening a lot of new amazing branches. However, this time I decided to try one of their most special stores, Every Half Vo Thi Sau, their very first store. This store located on District 3 and it’s actually a hidden coffee. Their space is very airy and modern. This is also the first time my friend know about EH and he was very surprised with this store. I drink 1 glass of Fine Robusta Black coffee and it’s very nice, friendly staff and everything is all good.

  Hand brewed coffee is great, got the Sidra by Pepe. It's light roasted and is refreshing for the palette, for those who prefer milder coffee

  Hidden deep in a enclave off Vo Thi Sau, Every half is one of many branches scattered within tphcm. The coffee is super consistent but what sets this every half apart is its ambience, the thoughtful and relaxed design, the wonderful staff and great tunes. The coffee is is very good, it's full bodied, the milk beautifully polished and temperature is bang on. If you just wanted to hangout for the day and work remotely, this place caters to your every need. I really enjoy coming here..
