  I got 3 fixed desks here for my team after checking out almost 10 other mid-range coworking spaces in HCMC. What I really like about The Hive D1: central District 1 location (esp with motorbike parking, meeting rooms, day passes), the lively but healthy hustle vibe, and the monthly events (tea breaks, potlucks) that make the place feel fun. Big shout-out to the staff too, esp. Irene & Ingrid at the front desk, the cleaning lady and the security guard. They’re all super friendly and make even my introverted team members feel at home. Only small downsides: the open area can get a bit noisy sometimes (but mostly from day pass renters), and the shared space has been scaled down recently... But overall, it’s still the best coworking spot I’ve found for startups and small teams in HCMC. Highly recommend!

  I've been renting an office here for a long time. The staff are very enthusiastic and friendly. Every month there's an event where I can network with everyone in the building, and I've made many new friends. Love it!

  Excellent Co-working Space - Highly Recommended! I started working at this co-working space 6 months ago. The facilities are great, with reliable high-speed internet, comfortable workstations, and well-equipped meeting rooms. If you choose the hot desk option, you’ll be able to work in the working lounge on the ground floor 24/7, which is not so quite convenient if you need to go there to work literally everyday (since some days are jam-packed with people, some days there aren’t any), but there’s another option called dedicated desk. You’ll work on the third floor with a guarantee that there’s always an available dedicated seat to you. I first chose the first option and then changed to the latter. The difference in prices is not much anyway. The staff is attentive and always available to assist. The location is convenient, surrounded by plenty of amenities. I highly recommend this co-working space for a productive and professional working environment.

  I came for half a day to write some emails, and hopefully do some networking. Perhaps in a strike of luck there was a Lunar New Year celebration being prepared in the ordinary day-pass area. Not only was I invited to join in, they also offered me a desk near the coffee-brewer in an alternative quiet space upstairs. There I got to say hello to local business people who gave interesting insight and valuable advice.

  Very good coworking space in District 1. Quiet with great internet. Front desk is very helpful and friendly. They helped me find a MacBook charging wire when I forgot mine. Highly recommend if you are solo as there is not enough desks for multiple people to use flex option. Good location too.

  A mid-sized co-working space to the north of District 1, I found the team at The Hive very welcoming. It has a good selection of facilities, including private meeting rooms and a boardroom. It was busy but not too busy with other users. Recommended.

  Not recommended for day pass users. The open area is basically a small hallway in front of the reception with a lot of traffic of people and a loud atmosphere. Internet speed is ok, but the price is higher for only a day compared to what other spaces are offering. No phone boxes of meeting rooms bookable either.
