  If you are looking for an office in D10, this should be your spot. Big coworking with nice design connected to areal of technical university. Staff speak english and audience is half tech and half non tech. It is one of the coworkings with actual community.

  Không gian đẹp, yên tĩnh để làm việc, giá cả phù hợp với đại đa số chung Ghế cố định : 2 triệu 500 Ghế linh hoạt: 2 triệu Phòng cho 8 người: 16 triệu (Phù hợp với công ty Start Up) Gói 3 ngày chỉ có 300k. Hợp lý hơn là ngồi quán cafe.

  Up Coworking space was a space where young Vietnamese passion can be confirmed. Located in Ho Chi Minh Technical University, many members were young people. They were freely discussing and working hard on each one. Most of them had laptops of brand other than Apple products.There were also various start-up companies in private studios. They were also more lively than other coworking spaces.The staff was very friendly. And there was a moderate white noise in the workspace, which improved the efficiency of the work.There was no problem working with the speed of the internet, but one problem frequently made an error when connecting to Google.

  English version is below the VNmese version. Văn phòng thì tạm được, có máy lạnh và ghế ngồi làm việc OK. Tuy nhiên, những ai không đến / không ghé thường xuyên thì nên xem xét và cân nhắc kỹ lưỡng trước khi bỏ tiền mua thẻ hội viên / thành viên ở đây. Nhân viên không đến đúng giờ hoặc không có mặt ở bàn lễ tân. Bạn tới mà không có/thấy nhân viên thì chờ dài cổ nha, như mình chờ toàn là 30-45p. Mình phải gọi tổng đài ngoài Hà Nội (02 lần, số đt trên card sai, phải vô Facebook mới có số đúng) thì mới có nhân viên nghe máy và phải chờ tiếp 5-6p. Tới khi nhân viên xuất hiện thì không hề có một câu xin lỗi gì hết, giống như các bạn chẳng có lỗi lầm gì hết. Tôi bỏ tiền sdung dịch vụ của quý cty chứ tôi không đi xin xỏ gì nha. Dịch vụ âm điểm, trang thiết bị 3.5đ nên cho vớt lên 2 sao. The office setting is acceptable, the rooms are air conditioned and the chairs are fine. However, you definitely should think twice before you pay their membership fee; otherwise, you’ll waste your time and money like me. The receptionist / staff is not punctual and/or not stationed at the reception. I went to the place twice and both of the times the staff is not there (the bell is not working). I had to call the hotline twice, since the number they gave on the card is wrong and so is the number here on this page. I had to go to their Facebook page to get the right number of the hotline, talk to the one on the hotline, wait for another 5-6 mins until the receptionist came to open the door (she went out to buy breakfast and coffee). She didn’t apologize or say much; she didn’t care if I ever come back to use the service. The total waiting time I had in both occasions to get someone open the door was 30 to 45 minutes, which is a total waste of time. In summary, I rate the facilities 3.5/5, the service negative, about minus 2 I guess, so the total rounded score is 2.0/5.0. I’m not coming back.
