This place offers the best croissant I've ever eaten. Great coffee. The matcha was nice, as well. The vibe is immaculate. 10/10 would go again.

I spent quit a lot of time in this place. It’s a good place for work and have a coffee in the same time. The food is also good (specially the vegetarian vermicelli) that I really like to eat there. I recommend this place. Either way you have a membership or not you can have access to a lot of accommodation for work.

The ground floor has comfortable seating but not suitable for deep work. Music and food smell can be distracting at dinner time. The pod we tried didn't have good soundproof. The drinks are ok.

I visited this place and really enjoyed it. I spent a couple of hours there, and the food was excellent. My only concern was the lady at the cashier—she was not even smiling and spoke to me coldly when I placed my order, even though I was polite and friendly. I felt like she was irritated talking to me (?) Interestingly, she was cheerful and smiling with other customers, so I felt a bit singled out. As a foreigner who has been working in Vietnam for months, this was my first experience feeling unhappy with customer service here. :( Despite that, I still give this place a high rating. The food is great, the other staff are accommodating, and the environment is clean and peaceful—perfect for working.

WorkFlow Space @ Hai Bà Trưng is one of the best places in Hanoi to get real work done. Whether you’re meeting clients or need quiet focus time, the space is thoughtfully designed — clean, calming, and highly functional. The drinks are solid, the Wi-Fi is reliable, and the atmosphere strikes the right tone for productivity. Special thanks to Khánh Linh for her excellent service — she’s incredibly friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience feel welcoming and effortless. Will definitely be back.

Great modern place to work with several issues, still far from European standards but promising (and cheap). - food is awful. - smelly air due to poor cleaning of the conditioning system in the private area. - music too loud in the cafe to work comfortably. - staff are helpful, nice and do their best but it's not what I would call professional. Also, some weird features of the system doesn't help their job (eg. recharging credit on the app without a Vietnam bank account). - Personally I would recommend either a premium desk with monitor or a pod/meeting room. Monitor quality is average, avoid table 2 with curved display! Avoid the workplace basic area due to unhealthy molded air. Cafe area is good for saving some bucks.

As soon as I arrived at the café entrance, I had a bad experience with the security guard who didn’t guide me on where to park my bike. Inside, the café is supposed to be a place for studying and working, but there were no power outlets available at my table. I noticed an outlet at another table, so I asked a staff member if they could provide an extra one for my spot. The response I received was that they only provide outlets for customers sitting at the long tables. I ordered a pastry, but it took nearly 15 minutes and still hadn’t arrived. At the same time, I overheard the staff behind the counter asking, "Whose pastry is this?" I turned to look and saw a female staff member putting the pastry back in the oven. Did they forget my order? I decided to go up to the counter and ask why it was taking so long, and the staff member simply replied that it was because the filling was still hot, hence the delay. There was no apology at all. When I ordered, they didn’t even inform me about the long wait time. If they knew it would take a while, why not let me know? When they finally brought the pastry over, the server just placed it on the table without saying a word, let alone offering an apology. Additionally, several staff members were gathered at the counter chatting. When a customer walked in, only one person attended to them while the others just stood there staring at the customer. Overall, it was a terrible experience!
