  I recently completed my dental implant treatment and couldn’t be happier with the results. The dentist explained everything clearly from the beginning, which really helped me feel at ease. The procedure was much quicker and more comfortable than I expected. After a few days, I was able to eat normally again. The implant feels very strong and looks completely natural. The staff were also very friendly and supportive throughout the whole process. Highly recommended

  After doing some research to try and find a dentist in Vietnam, I decided to go with this company and I am very happy I did. Their customer service over WhatsApp was excellent. Their office was extremely clean and professional, it is located inside a modern business tower and not some Alleyway. The staff were very welcoming when I arrived. The work completed was top quality and no mess around. I was only having basic check up and basic procedures, but they were extremely skilled and attentive. They were priced very fair and it was night and day to the cost and quality I would get back in England. I give them my top recommendation.

  I had a great experience at BeDental Clinic for a dental cleaning! Booking was super easy—the WhatsApp contact was very responsive and I managed to get an appointment for the very next day. The staff is incredibly friendly and speaks English well. Best of all, I got a 200k discount for my first visit, so I only ended up paying 150k VND (€4.95). Amazing value for such professional service!

  Amazing Service; Inquired for an appointment at 11am, Walked in at 12:30 and had 5 fillings and a Cleaning for 2,950,000; walked out at 1:30pm with work that I was quoted £900 for in the UK Consultation and X-Rays were free. All is very transparent and explained in detail. Very pleased with the service. Definitely reccomend.

  ❌❌ I was kept waiting for 20 minutes even though I arrived on time, and the clinic wasn’t even busy. The staff who guided me had a rude attitude, as if I came asking for free service. They were only friendly and welcoming to foreign customers — the only time they were nice to me was when it was time to pay. The teeth scaling was extremely painful. The assistant was okay, but the dentist was also quite rude and handled things very roughly. She pulled my lips hard, which really hurt. Overall, it was a very bad experience. they already knew this clinic doesn’t support my insurance and had asked beforehand, but they still told me to come anyway. I’m leaving this review because I’m genuinely upset — not only did I lose money, but I also had a frustrating experience.
