  The first time entering 3C, I felt very warmly welcomed. It was not quite large but the staff was very friendly, qualified and conscientious, from the safe guard, consultants to doctors. Ms. Van Anh, the consultant had a shining smile. I introduced many relatives and friends to do the treatment here. Special thank to Dr. Nguyen with associates (orthodontics) and Dr. Tin (implant).

  I've been with this dental clinic for the past 5 years and very satisfy with their service. The office is very clean, the staffs are very professional and courteous. Dr Hằng did an excellent job on my implants. Amazing value for such professional service. I highly recommend this place.

  I honestly couldn’t be more grateful for the care I received at this dental clinic. From the very first moment, I felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. The doctor is truly amazing — so gentle, patient, and incredibly attentive to every detail. I had a dental cleaning and several fillings done this month, and she constantly made sure I was comfortable and reassured. I never felt rushed or afraid. As a foreigner working in Vietnam, finding a dentist I can fully trust is very important. The fact that they speak English made such a difference for me. Being able to understand everything clearly gave me so much peace of mind. What I appreciated the most was the honesty and transparency. I never felt pressured into paying for treatments I didn’t need. Everything was clearly explained, and I felt that the recommendations were truly in my best interest. The clinic looks very new, modern, and spotless, which immediately makes you feel safe. But what really stands out is the human warmth and genuine care. I’m so happy I found this place, and I will absolutely come back. Highly recommended.

  Amazing service! The dentist took care of my teeth well. Starting with good assessment, followed by clear and constructive consultation. Procedure was smooth and they also care about my pain tolerance. I was impressed by their patient education part as well. Dentist Hang gave me a clear hand on session with my dental problem which help me understand better and have a better practise to avoid worsening my condition. I feel so lucky when getting the treatment from this dental clinic. Location is 5 star!!! Pricing is clearly mentioned as their price list. Service is great. Their treatment is effective- my gum bleeding stopped!

  Absolutely unacceptable service. I only asked one simple question: “Last time Dr. Hằng gave me 30% off. Will there be any discount this time?” The staff said no, and I agreed immediately. Then I asked another clear and valid question: “Is my treatment still under warranty?" Yet the clinic twisted everything and accused me of “asking for discounts” again. Seriously! Is the problem with the customer, or with your ability to read and understand basic information? Instead of answering properly, the staff kept talking in circles, acted superior, and tried to gaslight me as if I was begging for deals. Asking a question is not the same as demanding a discount. Stop manipulating customers just because you don’t want to take responsibility. Disgraceful. Arrogant. Unprofessional.
