  Great service. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Came to get my teeth whitened. They also cleaned my teeth. I had a gap between the gum and one of my tooth and they had a unique way of sealing it shut I never seen it done before . I usually get my teeth checked and cleaned back home in the states but nobody has ever pointed it out to me or offer to fix it. Very thorough in their job. Would recommend.

  It’s easy for a business to shine when everything goes right, but the true measure of professionalism is how issues are handled when something goes wrong. Due to a scheduling mistake, I was accidentally booked on a day the office was closed. Ysmiles immediately took responsibility and offered to perform the service for free on the following days. Unfortunately, I was returning to the United States at the end of the day and couldn’t adjust my schedule. What truly impressed me was how they handled the situation next. The team proactively called around, secured an appointment for me at another dentist office, and even reimbursed me for the cost. That level of accountability, care, and customer-first mindset is rare especially for a Vietnamese business. Ysmiles truly stepped up to the plate and turned a mistake into a great customer experience. I highly respect and recommend a business that stands behind its patients this way.

  I had a teeth whitening. I took an appointment really easily via Messenger. The staff was professional and gentle. The results are great, I recommend if you want to do the same dental treatment in HCM.
