  The staff is attentive and enthusiastic. Dr. Tung is very nice, thoroughly explaining the dental situation. I had 9 implant posts placed and still felt comfortable, with no pain or gum swelling at all. I must admit, he has a very gentle touch. The location is also easy to find, right on the main street. I give them a 10 out of 10.

  I received my dental crowns treatment. The staffs are helpful and friendly. The Dentists are meticulously and will help you with your shapes and proper fitting. The price is reasonable. I highly recommend the service here.

  My 1st visit dental in Vietnam and I am very impressed with Parkview dental office place and high tech equipment. I had 2 teeth pulled and bone grafting done. Very impressed with the work done. Plan to have 2 implants done on my next trip. I am impressed with the staff and dentist at the initial consultation and didn’t need to look at anyplace else.

  I came to Parkview for consultant at first on my short trip to VN and Dr Nguyen's professional skill on crown and veneer is excellent. The cosmetic treatment went througt smoothly after a few appoitment within 2 weeks. Highly recommended!

  I came to Parkview Dental for the following services: 1/ Tooth abscess treatment 2/ Deep cleaning & gum restoration 3/ Bone grafting & tooth implant 4/ Crowning I rate their services 10/10 based on the following criteria: 1/ The attending doctors are specialists in their respective areas 2/ Facilities & dental equipments are modern 3/ The staff are professional and attentive 4/ Post check-up visits were top-notched Overall, I am extremely happy with the services done at Parkview Dental and definitely recommend this place.

  Average service. The dental work itself was fine, but the overall customer service was very poor. I booked a teeth whitening appointment, but when I was seated, the staff didn’t seem to know what I was there for. They then spent several minutes trying to upsell me to a more expensive whitening package. When I asked about the difference in price, the explanation was vague — just “better” and “whiter,” with no real details. There was clearly a language barrier, which made communication difficult. However, as a clinic that appears to cater to foreign clients, they should at least have clear information or pricing available in English. After the treatment, the dentist left the room immediately. Someone else came in to take photos of my teeth, and I was then taken straight to reception to pay. At no point was I shown the results, despite paying a significant amount for the treatment. I was also given no aftercare advice, which is especially important after teeth whitening. After leaving, I contacted the staff member I booked with to request a full copy of my bill and the photos taken, but after a week, I still haven’t received anything. Overall, while the dental work was acceptable, the customer service was very disappointing. There are many other dental clinics in Saigon, and I would recommend choosing one with better communication and care.
