  Imagine a day spa and a dentist had a love child….yep. Enter Premier Dental! So professional and calm. I struggled not to fall asleep during my treatment!! They even gave me a pillow whilst I was sitting for an extended period in the chair! I’m also totally thrilled with my teeth whitening results. I FaceTimed my mum and she noticed straight away. Highly recommended.

  I recently had my wisdom teeth removed at this clinic, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional from start to finish. I booked with Dr. Y, and she was absolutely wonderful. Her assistant was just as kind when I felt scared, she gently patted my shoulder to comfort me, which made me feel so safe and cared for. They took their time, worked slowly when I needed a moment to calm down, and never made me feel rushed. Their patience, compassion, and professionalism truly made all the difference. I really appreciate everything they did for me. Highly recommend this clinic! 🦷✨

  I’ve been going to Premier Dental for almost 2 years now and honestly have nothing but positive things to say. From day one, the staff have been incredibly warm, respectful and attentive. They even follow up after appointments to check how you’re doing, which is a nice touch. The dentists are excellent (thank you, Dr. Wilson!) — highly professional, patient and very thorough in explaining procedures and treatment options clearly, without ever making you feel pressured. The dental assistants are also experienced, efficient and effective. The clinic itself is spotless, modern, and equipped with advanced technology (they even use 3D printing technology to create crowns!). On top of that, the pricing is very reasonable for the level of care and service you receive. I recommend Premier Dental to all my friends, including those visiting Vietnam and looking for a trustworthy, high-quality dental clinic.

  I cannot recommend Premier Dental in Ho Chi Minh City highly enough. Dr. Albert, the periodontist, was exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He took the time not only to discuss my treatment but also to consult with my husband regarding his dental concerns, which we greatly appreciated. Dr. Ritchie completed my bridge, implant crowns, and fillings, and I could not be happier with the results. His attention to detail, expertise, and commitment to providing the highest quality care were evident throughout my treatment. Simply put, he is outstanding. A special thank you to Kate, who was always helpful, kind, and welcoming. She went above and beyond to make every visit smooth and stress-free. The entire team provided truly five-star service from start to finish. Thank you to everyone at Premier Dental for your excellent care, professionalism, and kindness.   I had a great experience in Premier Dental clinic. I had some problems with my implant, which I did in another country. I came to this clinic for help. I had a consultation with Dr. Wilson. He is a wonderful doctor, supporting and caring, who analysed my problems and gave recommendations. The service is perfect. I felt really comfortable during the whole appointment. You can trust the professionals in this clinic for 100%.

  I had an excellent experience at Premier Dental Thảo Điền. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine kindness and warm hospitality. The prices are very fair, especially given the outstanding quality of care and service provided. A special shout-out to Dr. Tina for her professionalism and attention to detail. Also, many thanks to Christina, Thomas, and Huong for their lovely hospitality and for taking such good care of me throughout my visit.   Going to the dentist is the last thing I'd like to do. But I've just had the most positive experience in my life at the dentist with Dr Grace! Her calmness, reassurance and thoroughness put me at ease. She had no idea how much I detest being at the dentist. Yet, Dr Grace managed to ensure I had everything I need to be relaxed. What's more she provided feedback for future care without the pressure of having to spend more money. Definitely coming back for my next check up and any future dental needs. The staff also provided excellent pre and post service care. They make you feel important and not just another number.

  Had my teeth cleaned and was meant to get a filling. I didn't get my filling because the clean was horrific. I'm not a nervous patient. I've had root canals, fillings and cleans done both here and the UK. But I left visibly shaken. I had to ask her to stop being so rough. I've never had such a bad experience. The water was going every where. Sprayed all over my face and down my neck. I know she was focused on cleaning my teeth thoroughly but she was dismissive about the patient experience. I experienced the same thing at another dental practice. The lady in the reception called later because to understand what had happened and offered another dentist. Which is great customer service and something very rare here in Saigon.
