  My journey to getting my teeth done had been lifelong, a number of years. An opportunity arose (and so did a budget 😁) to have this come to fruition - an early birthday present for me 🥰 3 March 2026 went in for my consult, surgery set for 4 March - it's happening!! My experience from day 1 was absolutely wonderful. The services provided by Sydney Top Dental was 100% all about the client. I even had a beautiful support person, Lydia, who ensured I was picked up, dropped off, looked out for my needs and was also very helpful when explaining processes to me, and when I had queries, she would clarify what had taken place or what the next steps would be. A very valuable part of a process that would help me and my health for the rest of my life. From this experience, Lydia is my lifelong friend whom I will treasure 🙂 I sit in the chair, nervous but excited. It's been explained as to what I will be getting and what is to be done. I wore partial dentures but only had 10 natural teeth left. 30+ years of missing teeth and bone density was very weak. The wonderful dentists gave me an anesthetic that numbed my mouth yet I'd be awake throughout. They pulled the teeth yet I didn't realize it had been done. I was to receive the "All on x". 8 implants up top, 4 implants at bottom and bone grafting to help strengthen the weak bone density. This too was carried out. No pain experienced at all. The 4 implants at the bottom were visible, the ones up top weren't. It was found my gums were too soft and the bone density very weak that the implants werent visible. They left my 2 "fangs" to be able to hold my temporary top set when they were ready. I wore a mask for a whole week which gave opportunity for my gums to heal from the stitching. I ate soft nourishing foods- love the congee 🙂 I was given 8 lots of medication and a bottle of mouthwash which I took religiously throughout. Checkups were frequent to see how well my healing was going. I got to choose the colour of my teeth. I chose "natural" and suitable for my age (62). 10 March 2026, I received my top temporary set and bottom permanent set. For me, I'm happy with the results though have to get used to looking abit different as I noticed my lower jawline had changed shape. That's OK, it would take some getting used to. I will return in 2 years to get my permanent top teeth. This allows bone density to strengthen and my gums to settle properly. This will be another process and experience I will share next time. Thank you so much to the wonderful dentists, assistants, my Lydia, the fabulous staff and the very patient drivers. You all gave me an experience I will treasure and enjoy sharing with others who may want to get their teeth done.   The care I received at Sydney Top Dental was nothing short of outstanding. From the doctors and nurses to the support staff—particularly Daisy, my assigned chaperone, who was consistently caring, patient, and reassuring throughout the entire process including assisting with flights accommodation fast track and visa requirements and the pick ups from hotel to the clinic - the team at Sydney Top Dental demonstrated true professionalism at every stage. Undergoing major dental procedures in a foreign country can be a daunting experience, especially when the outcomes are truly life-changing. While the journey can feel overwhelming at times, my experience was made significantly easier by placing my trust in a team of experts who clearly know their craft and take genuine pride in their work. For anyone considering a similar path, a few reflections may be helpful: • Trust the Process: Healing takes time. It’s natural to have high expectations, but I’m learning that patience is essential to achieving the best long-term result. I’ll be reassessing my progress again in 9–12 months. • Do Your Homework: I would highly recommend the experience, but due diligence is vital. Research thoroughly, ask questions, and speak with others who have gone through the process. My sincere thanks to the entire team for their exceptional care and support. While I’m mindful that the journey isn’t fully complete, I’m feeling confident, cautiously optimistic, and ready for the next chapter.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot recommend Sydney Top Dental highly enough. From the moment I first made contact from New Zealand until the day we flew home, the care I received was nothing short of exceptional. A very special thank you to Kate, whose communication, planning, organisation, and incredible patience made the entire process so easy. I had plenty of questions before travelling, and Kate always took the time to explain everything thoroughly, giving me complete confidence before I even left home. When we arrived in Ho Chi Minh City, Dan took over while Kate was away on a business trip, and the transition was seamless. The same outstanding communication, organisation, and genuine care continued throughout our stay. We always felt informed, supported, and knew exactly what to expect each day. A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Hoa for my initial consultation, and to **Dr. Hai, the Founder and Head Dentist of Sydney Top Dental**, along with Dr. Long, Dr. Leo, and Dr. Dani for their exceptional skill, professionalism, and kindness throughout my treatment. You made what could have been a very daunting experience feel calm and reassuring, and I always felt I was in the safest of hands. I would also like to give a very special thank you to **Dr. Phuong**, my anaesthetist. I have quite a lot of anxiety, and before anything even began, Dr. Phuong's warm, friendly, and incredibly calming nature immediately put me at ease. Taking the time to talk with me, offer reassurance, and help me relax before the procedure made such a difference. I will always be grateful for the kindness and compassion shown during what was, for me, the most nerve-wracking part of the entire experience. To the wonderful dental assistants—Anh, Hien, Hoa, Quyen, Tram, Hang, and Quan—thank you for your warmth, encouragement, gentle care, and constant reassurance. Your kindness never went unnoticed and made every appointment so much easier. I would also like to thank the reception staff, drivers, and everyone working behind the scenes. Every single person we encountered was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely cared about making our experience a positive one. Travelling overseas for major dental treatment is a huge decision, but Sydney Top Dental exceeded every expectation I had. The professionalism, organisation, communication, and genuine compassion shown by every member of the team were outstanding. Thank you for not only transforming my smile but also restoring my confidence. I will be forever grateful and would recommend Sydney Top Dental without hesitation to anyone considering dental treatment overseas. You truly are a world-class team.

  I can’t thank the team at Sydney Top Dental enough for the care and professionalism they provided me throughout my dental journey. Right from my first contact with Khanh (aka Kate) was supportive, understanding and very efficient with all my queries, then providing accommodation, visas, fast track services, pick up/drop offs, translations between the doctors/surgeons and more. She was there to comfort me during my procedures and made sure I knew what was happening and that my concerns were heard every step of the way. During my very first consult I knew that the team had my best interests at heart and weren’t there just to make a buck. When I asked for an all on 6 because of missing, rotting and crooked teeth, they showed me my healthy roots and explained that it’s cheaper to fix the damage ones and good to save the healthy ones. My doctor, Dr Khoi was amazing and made me feel so comfortable that I knew I could trust him with my pain tolerance as well as any other concerns I might have had. He took pride in his work and made sure he was happy with the work he had provided and not just getting to the final outcome. If you’re like me and had a bad experience with the dentist in the past so much so that you never went back, Sydney Top Dental is the place to revive your faith in dentists. I guarantee you won’t regret it and I promise you’ll thank me for the recommendation 😉

  Sydney Top Dental Clinic in Ho Chi Minh, where all the Kiwis and Aussies love to go to get dental work done. I'm sure there are people from other countries too, but I noticed the majority of people that came to the clinic were NZ'ers and Australians. You are assigned an agent to look after you from initial contact whilst you're still in your country, right through up until you arrive in Vietnam. My agent was Liam. He is very professional in his approach with all the video calls from before I left Sydney, showing me around the clinic, and all the messages and chats clearing any issues and questions I had before I made this very important and life changing decision. He made sure I was well looked after organising flights and accommodation, even picking me up from the airport when I arrived. He also organised transport from my hotel to the clinic and back every day for appointments, first in February, and then again in October when I returned to get my permanent titanium teeth put in, which I am very happy with. The procedure I had done was the All on 4 on top jaw, and All on 6 on the bottom. With 20 years warranty, Sydney Top Dental Clinic in Ho Chi Minh is the best place to go if you're considering dental treatment, no matter what type of work you require. They really look after you. Highly recommended !!

  I had been as diligent as I could be before deciding that Sydney dental was the right place , even so I felt very anxious nervous uncertain . I had decided once and once only all on six top and bottom. From arriving in Saigon to leaving I was taken good care of , my fears and concerns faded as I gained full confidence in the clinic. I arrived suffering constant infections receding gums many missing teeth, I left after two wonderful weeks with a big smile and a full set of natural looking teeth. Sydney dental could not have been better in their professionalism. Highly recommend

  My experience with Sydney Top Dental was incredible. Very professional staff and top of the line service. I was made to feel at ease about my dental plan and I am so happy with my new smile. A big thank you to Dr Nguyen Ngoc Hai for his expertise in my procedure. My support person was Daisy and she was incredible. I don't think I would have made it through without her support and help. I was picked up and dropped off to every appointment and Daisy was only a phone call away if I needed any help. If you want great service and great results go to Sydney Top Dental. You won't be disappointed!

  I had such a positive experience at Sydney Top Dental. My translator Daisy was very helpful, supportive and kind. I had oral surgery and she carefully arranged for car pick up and drop off on the day and stayed with me to help me calm my nerves. She was patient and amazing. She talked me through my treatments and helped me arrange a payment plan. The dentists here were absolutely incredible - professional and clear. They treated me with care and that really helped me remain calm. I had some negative experiences with dentist in New Zealand and so I was a bit hesitant but the whole entire team here at Sydney Too Dental made me feel so comfortable. I had an extremely positive experience here and can’t wait to go back to finish off the rest of my treatment!
