  East Rose Dental care and service was top-notch. Provided rides to and from hotels, took time to explain dental requirements and pricing and showed exceptional customer service, efficiency and compassion at each stage and encounter. I required one extraction of a broken tooth, an implant after extraction, another different implant and formation of a temporary bridge to allow healing. The bridge included my 2 front teeth, and even though temporary, the bridge has left me with a smile that I have longed for over many years. I am extremely satisfied with all aspects of my treatment, including an unscheduled smoothing of a couple of teeth to make my mouth more comfortable. My dentist was gentle, patient and very skilled. The technicians were very efficient and caring and reception staff always attentive, friendly and caring. Great attention paid to aseptic technique and preparation. Highly recommend East Rose Dental to anyone. Thank you so much, look forward to see you next year to finalise my treatment 😀

  Hello everyone, I would like to share my experience from a Western European perspective, and I hope you find this helpful. In the summer of 2025, I decided that I wanted to improve my smile. I had been considering getting approximately 10–14 veneers. My biggest challenge was finding a trustworthy and professional dental clinic in Ho Chi Minh City. My level of skepticism was quite high, as the investment is significant and there are many providers in Vietnam that may not meet international standards. I spent around 20 hours researching different options before I came across East Rose Dental. I initially contacted them via WhatsApp, and we began discussing my case. They asked me to send photos of my teeth so they could evaluate and prepare a preliminary treatment plan and quotation. Within a few days to a week, they provided a clear proposal along with warranty documentation in advance. Communication in English was smooth and professional throughout the entire process. When I arrived in Vietnam in 2026, everything was well prepared. We began with a consultation with the dentist, followed by a 3D scan and a personalized treatment plan. The final decision was to proceed with 8 crowns and 6 veneers for my upper teeth, while the lower teeth were treated with whitening. The clinic itself is clean, hygienic, and in my opinion meets a relatively good Western standard. The staff’s English proficiency is at a good and functional level, making the entire experience comfortable for international patients. The full process took approximately 9 days and included several visits to the clinic. I am very satisfied with the final result. The total investment was around €1,800, including crowns, veneers, and all treatments, which I consider excellent value for the quality delivered. For any Westerners looking for dental treatment in Ho Chi Minh City, I can confidently recommend East Rose Dental, especially their District 1 location. As an additional positive surprise, during the process the dentist identified two cavities, which were treated at no extra cost. Definitely keep coming back here, and will do my future dental procedures here whenever I will be traveling to Viet Nam Thank you.

  I’m extremely happy with the quality and cost of services provided. The level of care and kindness has been exceptional, from having a driver picking you up and dropping you off at your hotel to the very gentle nature of all the staff members. I live in Canada and made this visit part of my holiday and am very pleased to recommend East Rose Dental Clinic to anyone who might need services. One other comment that I would like to make is that there was no upselling of services as I have come to expect with my dentist at home. They did what they thought I needed for my stage in life. Once again thank you to all the staff, you all made me feel respected and cared for. Kindest regards Michael

  These guys are amazing! Right from the moment we stepped off the plane, we have been impressed with their caring and professional service. We were extremely apprehensive and worried about the process but we have nothing but praise for Abbie, Sam, Mia and our driver Frankie for looking us so well. The dentist and his dental staff have done an incredible job. My husband had a 6 on 1 dental implants on his top teeth and a single implant on the bottom, as well as crowns and root canal. He was provided with numerous health checks prior to any work being done and spent a night in hospital to remove existing teeth. They provided delicious soups and soft food while he was recovering. He even received a refund as they expected to have to use additional machines that in the end they didn't need to use. We have spoken to others in our hotel who went to other dental places and were not nearly as happy with the procedures or the results. We cannot recommend East Rose enough. They are now friends not just providers. Thank you, thank you thank you. To all the staff. ❤️❤️❤️

  I am very happy with the dental work that I received from East Rose Dental clinic. I had two crowns done on my front teeth. The whole process only took three days. They were very professional and caring. I was really well looked after and each step of the process was explained to me in detail beforehand. The communication was excellent. Language was no barrier as they all speak very good English. I am extremely happy with the work and the price was amazingly good. I highly recommend this company.

  I first visited East Rose Dental two years ago and had such a positive experience that returning was an easy decision when my dentist in New Zealand advised I needed two crowns, a filling, and was adamant that one tooth would need to be extracted due to decay, with a possible root canal as well. The process was straightforward from the start. I emailed my X-rays and quickly received a preliminary treatment plan, costs, and timeframe. Upon arrival, I was picked up from the airport and taken to my hotel. After a thorough examination and 3D X-ray, the team found there was no decay, meaning no extraction or root canal was needed. Instead, they recommended five crowns to restore and protect my teeth. My teeth were prepared and temporary crowns fitted on the first day. Two days later, the permanent crowns were fitted, and on day 5 a final check-up confirmed everything was perfect. The clinic is spotless, equipped with the latest technology, and staffed by an outstanding team who genuinely care for their patients. From airport transfers to treatment, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Most importantly, it was the least painful dental experience I have ever had. I would not hesitate to recommend East Rose Dental to anyone considering treatment.

  My experience with East Rose Dental was absolutely amazing. The team work is second to none from my first communication to the last day. Everything just works and the communication with the girls Abbi, Dr Tran and the surgeon: Dr Truong, the Nurses: Trang, Duyên and Mia was simply put amazing and not forgetting Frankie the driver that picked me up and dropped me off every time. I’m sooo happy with my dental results as I had the whole lot, top and bottom implants done. I had thought about doing this for so long but couldn’t afford it but East Rose Dental made it affordable. So thank guys for giving me a beautiful smile. 🥰

  Kia ora East ROSE DENTISTRY, I would like to begin with a huge thank you to all. I had an absolutely fantastic experience at East ROSE DENTISTRY and recommend to all who are considering any dental work in the future, take the plunge, the team here are amazing, caring and treat you with the utmost respect. A special thanks to Helen who monitored my progress, addressed my needs and kept me informed nga mihi Kia koe. I had crowns and denture work, did have teeth removed, although the team only took these out as the absolute last resort, it was painless and follow up care was great. Am heading back for check up in a few months, my choice as have had nil problems or concerns since getting home. Please get hold of this team if you considering any work, I had all the reservations, am now extremely pleased to have met and established a relationship with East ROSE. Nga mihi nui Mike
