  I got my dental work done at Rose Dental Clinic — honestly the best experience I’ve had! Super clean, professional, and heaps cheaper than back home. They’ve looked after a lot of Aussies too. Definitely worth checking out while you’re in Saigon. 🇦🇺😁

  I am thoroughly pleased with the work I had done at East Rose Dental Clinic in Ho Chi Minh City. The entire team were highly efficient, professional, thoughtful, and caring throughout the whole process. From start to finish, the experience was amazing. I had a very complex dental case, and they handled my situation in the best way possible. Every step of the process was clearly explained to me — what they were going to do, how they were going to do it, and what to expect next — which made me feel comfortable and confident the entire time. The level of service was truly outstanding. The quality of the work, the communication, the attention to detail, and the overall care I received were faultless. I came from the UK for treatment, and if I had the same dental work carried out back home, it would have cost an enormous amount of money. Not only was the value exceptional, but the standard of care and professionalism exceeded my expectations. Since returning home, so many people have commented on how amazing my teeth look, and that is all thanks to East Rose Dental Clinic and their incredible team. I will definitely be returning to East Rose Dental for further treatment, including a bone graft and implant, and I will absolutely be recommending them to my friends and family. Thank you again to the entire team for such an amazing experience.   ​Before coming here, I was experiencing some really severe tooth pain. I knew I needed a root canal and a filling, but back home, the costs can be incredibly high. So, I started doing some research online, looking through social media and using AI to find better options. That’s when I discovered that coming to Vietnam was a fantastic way to save money and get the quality treatment I needed. ​ ​That research led me straight to The East Rose Dental Clinic, and honestly, my experience here has been absolutely amazing. From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly friendly. The communication was flawless, which made it so easy to understand exactly what was happening each step of the way. ​As for the doctors and the team? They have been nothing short of outstanding. They are highly professional, but more importantly, they are deeply caring and truly attentive to your treatment. ​If you are thinking about coming here, I would absolutely, 100% recommend The East Rose Dental Clinic. The care is top-tier, the doctors are true professionals, and they know exactly how to make you feel at ease. I am leaving today with high trust in this organisation and its people.   This whole (my first time) experience with East Rose Dental was WAY more than I expected 🥰 Planing part was soo well conducted; the quote was very detailed with description and photos of treatment for each tooth. Since my first ever arrival in Ho Chi Minh city, a Taxi was waiting for me (who cant read & speak Vietnamese). The Reception was incredibly well organised, fully prepared with all my unique requirements, and they guided my SIX visits with dental 🤩 precision. For each visit they arranged pickup with own Mitsubishi car, To & From my accomodation, using direct WhatsApp messages and reminders 🙂‍↔️ Most importantly, during all the interactions I felt honest, warm and humanly welcoming by all staff. Each part of the complicated process of 11 teeth was explained and immediately translated to English. During the painless but discomforting times, the dentist nurse Ngan was sooo suporting and tapping me gently on the shoulder, which Really help me a LOT 😍. Dentist was very professional and very thorough in fitting each of the ELEVEN crowns, of course he was also pedantic during the Temporary crown fitting over the whole one week process. Than, the colour of the crowns were changed according to my wishes (me not like super white/shiny Snow white) and are were installed permanently after several, very thorough probes😁 .... The whole dental clinic, Röntgen rooms, Receptions, toilets, cold tea samovar, sofas, dental equipment are Perfectly clean!!! Have to thank (Ca Mon) also the staff in Australia which helped me with All of my detailed preparation, which Vietnam SIM card to choose, what to wear during heavy rain (with wind), advices about which accomodation to choose ☺️. Several friends are waiting for my one-to-one experience and I can choose only 5 stars (as they deserve the + as extra care). Trip was also a Holiday with fantastic tastefull food, and Vietnam grown own coffee Ca Phe 👌

  The Dentist, Dental Assistants, Dental Surgeons and team at East Rose Dental are absolutely amazing at their jobs and make the dental plan designed for you to work as efficiently and effectively as possible. I can only say that I am very happy with the treatment I received and the outcome has being that I know that I now have a full set of teeth in my mouth again after many years and that gives me the confidence to smile and chew without worrying about how I look and being able to enjoy what I eat. I had been asked to return in 6 months which I have and opted for an upgrade to porcelain implants. I am so happy that I upgraded as the new porcelain teeth are much more comfortable as they are not so bulky as the acrylic set, they also look and feel much more natural. Once again thank you so much to all the staff that looked after me, I could not be happier with the whole outcome…

  If it's a one-stop shop you're after, then look no further. This place is second to none. The service is sublime, with the staff warm and friendly, only too willing to bend over backwards to help you. The doctors are top-notch, as your expectations will be further met. If Vietnam is the country to get your teeth done, then East Rose is the place.

  Rose and her wonderful team take care of you as soon as you walk in the door. Nothing but professional at all times. The team of receptionist are quick to laugh at silly kiwi jokes and ready to comfort you when needed. I was very scared of the process due to having awful experiences in NZ. The Dr's were mindful of this and gently reassured me through every process. Stopping when when I was feeling overwhelmed to give me time to settle again. My temporary bridges for the next 3-6mths look incredible! I can smile and laugh freely without feel ashamed of having missing teeth. I'm looking forward to my return to have my final crowns put in place over my implants. Many thanks East Rose Dental 🌸

From the moment we made contact & booked flights, accommodation & then walked in, the team made us feel genuinely welcomed and at ease. The dentist took the time to thoroughly explain every step of the process, ensuring we felt comfortable and informed throughout.
