  I’ve had the most amazing experience with Dr Andrew and Dr Nhu An over the last two week with 4 implants and many repairs done and Capping. With my job as Transport Driver it’s not always easy to look after my teeth properly so there was plenty of work to be done and I can honestly say I’m looking forward to coming back to have more treatment. Dr Andrew and Dr Nhu An after initial consultation gave me several options that were explained easily and I chose the one best suited with absolutely no persuasion either way. They are a great team and work very well together. From Receptionist team through Surgery then fillings and Capping was a great experience. Very happy to give 5 Star. 😁

  I would like to thank the team at Westcoast International Dental Clinic (Norfolk Mansion) in Ho Chi Minh City for their excellent expertise and care. Dr. Tram Anh made my dental cleaning feel calm and easy, and she took the time to clearly explain my X-rays. I especially want to thank Dr. Andrew H. F. Tsang for my wisdom tooth extraction. The tooth was challenging to remove, but his method, and calm, patient approach made me feel completely safe throughout. I had minimal pain and a surprisingly quick recovery. The video consultation before the procedure meant a lot to me and helped me feel confident and well prepared. I truly felt cared for and would highly recommend this clinic.

  We have an impressive experience with Westcoast International Dental, in particular Dr Andrew Tsang, Dr Thuy An and Dr Dung. They are professional, supportive and thoughtfulness. My husband has his first implants done in July 2022, which is excellent. We come back in December for his second treatment as scheduled. His implants as well as his other treatment turn great. We are amazed by the outcome and the speedy recovery. The entire process is smooth, well planed. I also had my filling done with Dr Dung during our second visit. The whole team is friendly, efficiency and always willing to help. The nurses stayed late, making sure we got sufficient rest after the surgery; the management team communicated with us during night time to work with our itinerary. Appreciate Andrew and his team’s incredible work. They also have a in-house lab which makes work even more efficiency and accuracy. Anything needed to be adjusted can be done immediately or overnight, a big thumbs up 👍. This is one of the most valuable thing we done for our health during our trips. Thank you again Dr Andrew, Dr Thuy An and your wonderful team.

  I had my first dental appointment with Dr. Tram Anh this month and wanted to let the community know what a gem she is! Dr. Tram Anh was so kind and efficient. She helped me to feel relaxed, explained everything that we were doing, and all of her recommendations going forward. The cleaning itself and crown work were very thorough and painless. Dr. Tram Anh is the best dentist I ever had ,..I will definitely be back!

  Super dental services, exceptionally professional staff and reasonably priced. Routine cleaning, check-ups and dental surgeries/implants available as services. I went for a normal check-up and cleaning and the facility is spotlessly clean and the staff efficient and kind. Modern, state of the art equipment for all dental needs. Hygienic, clean and quiet atmosphere.

  I have traveled from Melbourne to have a great deal of work completed on my teeth, including crowns, fillings and veneers. The end result was better than even hoped. Just incredible. This was due to the professionalism, beautiful attention to detail across the sessions with the utmost care for my comfort and the best natural looking healthy smile. I couldn’t be happier. Thank you Dr Dung, the many assistants, her technician and Amanda. Wonderful communication, support and brilliant work. The highest recommendation posssible. Kez

  Note to self: Do NOT arrive early as it's a 20-minute wait starting from the scheduled appointment time. And don't bother answering the scheduling person when they ask what services you need done as it'll be completely ignored. I confirmed a full checkup via WhatsApp but ended up only getting a 25-minute teeth cleaning before they booted me out, just because I said "Cleaning," when the dentist asked what we were doing. Isn't the doctor supposed to know better than the patient? When I was here back in 2018, it was hands down the best dental clinic I'd ever visited in my life. Same dentist back then too, apparently. Measured the degree of my gum recession, told me we'd have to keep an eye on it, and even taught me a better way to brush my teeth which I've practiced diligently for the past 8 years. Back then, it felt like they were genuinely concerned with the well-being of my teeth. This time she couldn't get me outta there fast enough. Couldn't even get her to take a 2nd look at my gums. See you again in 8 years, I guess.
