  I’ve had many visits to dentists in USA and Vietnam. Today my visit at Westcoast dental was amazing - perhaps the best teeth cleaning I’ve ever encountered. Thank you to my hygienists Ms. Bich and Ms. Thoa.

  Westcost Dental Clinic delivers excellent service with a team of professional and caring dentists. The clinic is spotlessly clean, modern, and well equipped, creating a comfortable and reassuring environment for patients. Although the treatments can be a bit pricey, the quality of care and advanced technology make it a worthwhile investment for dental health.

  I’ve been going to Westcoast Intl dental office here in VN for about 8+ years ever since I moved to VN. Dr. Ha is one of a few dentist who will do bi-annual cleaning & checkup instead of a dental tech. I have nothing against technicians but I’d rather my dentist do the checkup and if something needs to be done she can do it instead of referring. She is always thorough, takes her time, and helps me chose the best options for my dental needs. Recently, I got a porcelain veneer procedure done by her and I wanted to look as natural as possible in terms of whiteness and the shape of the veneer (I didn’t want that fake teeth look). She got it done and I couldn’t be happier. Many thanks to Dr Ha at Westcoast Thao Dien location.

  I visited Westcoast Dental to have my retainer fixed after it became loose shortly after a professional cleaning performed by their team in Hanoi. While the timing was close, I cannot say whether the loosening was actually related to the cleaning. Dr. Adrian kindly repaired it as a courtesy, which I greatly appreciated. I have also visited him before, and every appointment has always been very pleasant. His professionalism, attention to detail, and patient-focused care really stand out. A special shoutout as well to the Hanoi team around Dr. Arne. Over the years they performed fillings and a root canal treatment for me, both executed perfectly and with great care. I have been a patient at both the Saigon and Hanoi clinics for more than five years and have consistently experienced the same high level of professionalism and service. It is great to experience this level of professionalism, care, and patient-focused service. The quality and comfort level are truly outstanding.

  Dr. Juan and Dr. Adrian are patient, careful, and understanding. I’d had bad dental experiences in the past, and I disclosed that information to them. They not only understood but walked me through the procedures and helped me control comfort levels. I can’t thank them enough for their help. I’m very satisfied with the service!

  After a frustrating ordeal with tooth 16 – a filling from a Central Park dentist had failed – I arrived at Dr. Juan's clinic filled with desperation and anxiety. Dr. Juan's calm and meticulous approach was exactly what I needed. He made sure I understood every step, instilling a sense of trust. Plus, the clinic's jaw opener was a game-changer for comfort, no more jaw strain! I'm genuinely impressed by Dr. Juan's skill and am sharing this unsolicited review because he ensured everything was good for me and my teeth.

  shout-out to Dr Juan (spain) + Dr Adrian (Germany) ! for there full professional attitude and well noticed experience! they explained step by step , with comfortable approach, that i slept in a root canal treatment because of trust! must mention that the treatment i got from dr Ha the (Vn) , was cold , unprofessional and effectively bad for well being. i truely recommend this clinic, the reception and the 2 expand doctors were amazing! pick and choose your doctor wisely. happy Teet holiday yall

  This dental practice used to be very professional and reliable. But that was not my recent experience. I sent two messages to them on their active social media, Facebook page. Each time they replied, saying somebody would be in touch. I never received a reply. So I went to their website and filled out the appointment form which clearly included included information on which office I wanted to visit and what treatment I was looking for. I received a message the next day asking what office I would like to go to and what treatment I would like. So I replied, letting them know I had already provided this information, but once again, letting them know which office I wanted to go to and what treatment I would like. Two hours later I get another message from them. Guess what? What treatment would you like and what office would you like to go to...
