I rarely take the time to write reviews, but my experience at STEEL gym truly impressed me. The gym not only has premium facilities and top tier equipment, but the extra services totally blew me away 🌬️. The hair wash and relaxation service, plus the sports massage were absolutely amazingggggggggggg🥰 Tien from the hair spa is highly skilled, the experience was so relaxing that I actually fell asleep 😴 I also highly recommend Thang, the therapist who assisted me with a sports massage. I had been dealing with back muscle tension, and after just one session, I felt a huge difference. My body felt lighter, more comfortable, and I even slept better that night. It’s rare to find a place that delivers both high quality training facilities and such thoughtful, effective recovery services. Thanks to the team for their professionalism 🙏

I’ve been to a lot of countries and tried so many Gyms, but honestly, nothing comes close to this one. Best gym I’ve ever been to. The staff are awesome and super friendly. Big thanks to everyone working here. Highly recommend!

Steel District 7 is hands down one of the best gyms I’ve ever trained at. The design is modern, the equipment is brand new, and the facility is spotless—it even has a really relaxing scent. A perfect 10/10 for the PT team; they are professional and respect your privacy without any aggressive sales pitches. I highly recommend this place for anyone who values a civilized and quiet workout environment!

Really can’t say enough good things about this place. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always smiling, and the facilities are consistently clean, well-maintained, and high quality. You can tell a lot of care goes into how everything is run. I’ve had the chance to work closely with Tấn, and he’s easily one of the best trainers I’ve trained with anywhere in the world. His attention to detail is next level — he doesn’t just run you through workouts, he actually coaches you, corrects form, tracks progress, and genuinely cares about getting you better over time. You can tell he takes pride in his work and holds himself to a high standard. He’s also great at reading people and adjusting sessions based on how you’re feeling that day, which is something a lot of trainers miss. On top of that, he brings great energy to every session and makes training something you actually look forward to. What stands out most about STEEL is the people. There’s a real variety of great trainers and members, and the environment pushes you to be better without feeling intimidating. If you’re looking for a place to hit your goals, train seriously, or take advantage of a top-tier recovery setup, this is it. Easily one of the best gyms I’ve experienced globally.

Just trained at House of Steel and I’m seriously impressed. The gym spans five levels (the top level is staff-only), and the layout is incredibly well thought out. The first level welcomes you with a café, which already sets a nice vibe when you walk in. The second level is dedicated to HIIT and strength training, with barbells, squat racks, and plenty of space for serious lifting. Head up to the third level and you’ll find the machines and free weights, all very well equipped. The fourth level was a surprise highlight for me. It’s set up as a proper workstation area where you can actually sit down and get some work done. They even provide bananas for members, which is such a small but thoughtful touch. Then there’s the B1 level, where the changing rooms are located. This is also where the real showstopper is: the recovery room. It’s honestly one of the best gym recovery setups I’ve seen. There are two saunas, two steam rooms, two ice baths, and a huge hot soaking pool (similar to an onsen). It makes recovery after a workout feel like a proper spa experience. Another thing worth mentioning is how convenient everything is. Workout attire, towels, and even socks are provided, so you can basically show up with nothing and still have everything you need. Overall, I’m super impressed. The facilities are excellent, the gym is extremely well equipped, and the recovery amenities really take it to the next level. Definitely one of the most complete gyms I’ve come across.

I'm so in love with the beautiful lounge and recovery area here. The price is pretty high but reasonable for a place full of high-standard facilities like this. 100% recommend 👌

The best gym 😍😍😍 House of Steel sets the standard for premium training. Equipped with high-end Watson machines, it’s a dream for anyone serious about fitness. The recovery basement is a game-changer including ice bath, jacuzzi, steam room, and sauna, everything you need to recover right. And don’t miss the Wego coffee shop upstairs, perfect for a post-workout recharge. Top-tier gym with amazing vibes all around.

I've been to a lot of gyms in a lot of different countries, and this place is my favorite. Lovely staff, excellent and clean equipment, and an overall great atmosphere. It has a recovery area with a sauna, plunge pool, hot tub, and steam room too. In a city as busy as Saigon, the recovery room is paradise to relax in after a hard work out! It is clear that the owner puts a lot of effort into making this a great place to work out in. There's no other gym like it in HCMC
