  Located in a small quiet alley in front of Emart. First time reviewing MetCon class, it looks great to motivate the people and it's Cardio and Core, their attention is good. They got formal training 7 days for the people interested to become in a PT or similar. Their Bathroom is ok, maybe Thao Dien is a little cleaner and comfortable (even if it's a smaller one).

  Best Gym in the city. Definitely a place for you if you are serious about changing yourself. Been here for almost a year and couldnt thank the team enough for their support toward my goal to lose weights. Finally i can say I have found a gym that cares

  Been working out here for over 2 years so far so good !!! They have good facilities overall and best programs for gym rats or busy people !!! Their program most focus increasing Heart rate (Cardio-Hybrid training), hypertrophied/ Strength base on science programs !!! With international license certificated coach ! If you looking for professional work out fitness place this is a place you should drop a pass by tour !!

  The class is designed to be suitable and optimized for students’ learning. The coaches are highly qualified and responsible, and the staff are friendly and attentive. Coach nver let me freeeeeee, always observes and corrects the my movements to help me maximize my potential. A big heart for all of the coaches and the front desk baby girls

  Hustle Go Vap is a fantastic gym. The facilities are top-notch, modern and well maintained. The staff team is incredibly helpful and energetic, always creating a positive and motivating atmosphere. The group classes are fun and challenging with attentive coaches who provide excellent guidance and motivate me to workout regularly. Highly recommend this gym.

  Highly recommend everyone to check out Hustle. For me personally, I like the different types of focus each day so I can decide to focus on losing weight or strength building. The coaches really are the best and make a huge difference for the overall work out experience and provide a nice personal touch to the gym. I enjoy being able to just show up, not think about what muscles to work on and just dive into the class they designed for the day. Lots of different class times so there really are no excuses to not get your work out in. Been a very enjoyable experience so far and plan to keep hustling.

  I chose Hustle because of its admirable mission, but the reality of the experience was far from what I expected. The disconnect between the company's ideals and the actions of its staff, coaches, and head coach was deeply disheartening. After ten months, I've come to realize that the program is simply unsustainable. Beyond simply wanting to get in shape, I was also concerned about the risk of injuries, especially when pushing my body to its limits. Hustle's model prioritizes accommodating the majority, but it fails to provide adequate support for the minority of members who experience injuries or health issues. It was deeply disturbing to be asked to sign a waiver as soon as I started showing signs of injury. It's been over four months since I left Hustle, and I'm still struggling to recover from the physical damage caused by my workouts there. The most hurtful part has been the complete lack of empathy and accountability from the staff. While they've expressed "regret" for my experience, I've never heard a genuine apology for the harm that was done.
