  I’ve had a great experience at Koi Fitness. The gym provides a welcoming and supportive environment for members of all fitness levels. A special mention goes to Manager Jolie, who is exceptionally friendly, professional, and approachable. She genuinely cares about clients’ experiences and is always willing to listen to feedback. What stands out most is how responsive she is—when members raise concerns or suggestions, she takes them seriously and works to improve the experience. Her positive attitude and dedication help create a motivating atmosphere where clients feel valued and supported. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is a priority at this place.   Hey! The gym is nice and they’re renovating it, which is a good improvement! Specially when you stay in same building. But the reception staff could be much friendlier. The way they speak to customers isn’t very welcoming.they are make mine mood down. the price by one day is super high when you can’t spend all day. Make it by hours🫣Hopefully the service improves to match the quality of the gym.
